If I could leave a ZERO I would! I took by old computer in and my "new" refurbished computer. He had them 24 hours, attempted to transfer ALL this data from the old computer and neither of them worked when I picked them up and I am embarrassed to say how much he charged and I "had to pay"! It was highway robbery! The next day I took these two computers to Mr.
Fix in Charlottesville. In 15 minutes they transferred my 500 Gig hard drive from my old computer, installed it in my new computer, did a few more things and didn't charge me a thing! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! This guy at least knows nothing about Apple computers!

MALPRACTICE! This guy is beyond a joke. He's a terrible businessman and a terrible repairman. Run, don't walk away from this business, if you can even manage to get in touch with him. Not only did he do a terrible job for me, but ruined a $1,200 computer of a friend of mine and took many times longer than estimated to do so. Have you ever heard or seen the meme that says, "things I trust more than?,?
Gas station sushi! Well, I would trust gas station sushi a LOT farther than this guy. I can't say enough bad things about the malpractice of this "computer doctor". YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! Update: The "Computer Doctor" has sent me a message asking to make it right while simultaneously accusing me of never being in his shop, nor my friend. He apparently believes that based on one name and the fact that my home is Vancouver, WA. He then unabashedly admits he got friends to leave 5 star reviews to counter mine. *sigh*. More to come soon unless this guy changes his tune.
