PC Land replaced my MacBook screen a couple months ago for around $800. The camera is part of the screen (all one unit), which I didn't know and wasn't explained to me. I hadn't needed to use the camera until this week for a Zoom job interview when I discover the camera doesn't work. They now refuse to replace the faulty screen I paid for with one that has a camera and are telling me I'd have to pony up another $800. Very angry and will never use them again.

My computer, that I am very attached to, is over 10 yrs old. It would automatically overheat and shut down during Zoom or if on more than several hours. It would get hot and the fans were also constantly running and pretty loud. The mouse pad buttons no longer worked for at least 8 years. My boyfriend took it in to these guys, they cleaned it very thoroughly and it literally works like new.
No longer shuts down, it is quite, no longer gets hot, and the mouse pad buttons actually started working again. Very impressive work. Now I can keep my computer for many more years : Thanks guys!

Went to Best Buy for a simple hard drive transfer and they provided the wrong enclosure size for my hard drive after knowing what it looks like. Went to PC Land the next day and the woman working immediately knew what enclosure to use. I recommend this place as a first stop for students before going to Best Buy. I head from word of mouth that the workers here know a lot more about computers and I wasted my time not coming here first.

Ryan went out of his way corresponding with me throughout the day trying to find a specific charger needed for a laptop. He looked for the charger for 30 min or more and was just as disappointed as I was that nothing he had would work for it but by golly this guy was determined and went above and beyond! Did I mention his daughter offered apple juice and milk! (sorry kiddo I had to refuse due to allergies) But wow! Thanks Ryan I appreciate you and your little!

Just got off the phone with what seemed to be one of the most uninformed people regarding anything PC related I have ever spoken to. Completely unaware retail stores are supposed to sell things at msrp. Charging upwards of $1400 for a base RTX 3060 as a RETAIL STORE. They base their prices off the market unlike other retail stores which defeats the whole purpose of going to a retail store and waiting on gpus to come in stock.
Even ebay and facebook marketplace has cheaper 3060s no where near msrp that are brand new being upsold by an individual consumer. Stay away from this local store as they are not here to help you save money but take as much as they possibly can. Also person was very rude and when I told them what msrp was for a 3060 they kept saying "whatever." It was also so that they believed the mounting bracket should come with the motherboard. Completely dysfunctional. You'd have better deals with literally any other store or market for PC parts.

My office computer motherboard went bad. This computer ran software that is older and more importantly crucial to my business. They tested and found that the computer could not be repaired, set up a refurbished computer, moved my hard drive, moved my ram and added ram, tested the software and had me back in business the next day. Best of all, they did all of that for $309. I would have paid much more and still been happy as this was so important. Recommend them highly.

With no Apple Store here local to Roanoke, I stumbled upon Cyberline Computers, they worked with me directly to resolve the issues I had with my Apple device. They offered to do what Apple refused, and at 1/3 the price. No hidden fees, No bait and switch, just results and professional service. I am very glad that I found Cyberline and I will always refer people I know to them, no because I have to, but because they were honest, and they took ownership of the problem I had even though they didn't cause it. Great job, You have a customer for life!
