The number of service repairs I was doing grew to the point I decided to go into business for myself officially. A few years later, I was in college and decided it was time to open a retail store to handle the continually growing number of customers bringing their devices to me to be serviced. It was at this time when I hired my first employees. One of our early employees was Keith Blackledge. Keith was older and retired from his previous work and wanted to go into computers as a later career. Keith stayed with us for nearly 17 years before he retired for good.

Got the blue screen of death on PC after updating printer software. Tried everything I knew and spent an entire day on the phone and chatting with MS and printer support. MS wanted me to factory reset, meaning I'd lose all my files. Called West Computers and explained my issue. They were friendly and professional, and understood the problem right away.
They were optimistic about retrieving files but without giving me false hope. Turnaround was three business days and they saved my files, and they helped me with install of some MS programs lost. Will definitely use them again and couldn't recommend them more highly.
