Explained the problem and left my laptop. Went t next day to check on progress and was told to buy a new charger. New charger and still nothing. Don't believe it was even looked at bc the battery is dead. Had anyone plugged it in and seen in the bios the battery is excellent but the charger will only idle the battery. Not to mention the other problems that should have been noticeable if anyone turned it on and diagnosed it. Thanks for the help and commitment to your business and community but I'll take my others elsewhere
