Tech Mate

I built a new gaming PC could not get windows to load. 1 place I called told was a hardware issue incompatible. I then called TechMate I was asked to bring it in. In about 3 hours they had me up and running. So, in the sort of it was not an incompatible hardware issue. Just a corrupt windows installer. The tech that worked on computer did a fantastic job for me. I would highly recommend this shop for all your computer repair needs.

My PC was having hard drive/performance issues so I brought it to Techmate for a diagnosis. I was prepared to hear, "You need a new computer." Since everything today is built to last only a few years I just figured this was par for the course. Instead I heard, "Let's take a look and see what we can do." I was still expecting the worse. A few hours later I received a call that my computer was all set. Turns out it was a faulty hard drive.

My computer is running better now than it did when it was brand new. If your computer is running slow or having issues, don't hit the panic button like I did. Have these guys take a took at it before going out and buying a new computer. If it is time to buy a new computer check out their inventory of Laptops and Desktops. Just want to say thank you for the great work you did on my laptop which is like 10 years old 10 years ago when it was new it didn't run as fast as it does right now. Free estimate. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonably priced for repairs. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because when I dropped off the computer I was told it would take one or two days for them to check it out and give me a call. On day five I called them because I hadn't heard anything. However, once I called they were quick to get me taken care of.

I was able to pick up my desktop in a couple of hours after that and it has been working smoothly every since. Overall good experience and I will definitely use them in the future.did I mention FREE ESTIMATES!
