Doug at Reliant Computer Services promptly addressed my custom build problem with expertise and care. My issue was resolved within the same day and the service charge was reasonable. Doug was very friendly and ensured that my questions and needs as a customer were fulfilled. These guys are great! I took a computer in a few months ago for a full wipe and reinstall of the OS. The service was quick and pricing is SUPER reasonable. Most recently I had a question for them about an error message I got that I believed could be part of the newly installed OS - I called and left a voicemail on a Sunday with the intent to set up an appointment the following week.
To my surprise, five minutes later I received a call back from Chris. I am happy to have chosen Reliant for my computer needs and will continue to utilize their services. I am "wowed" by their customer service!

I needed a screen replacement for my Macbook Pro and I saw the great reviews that Reliant had so I decided to take my computer there. The service was wonderful. Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful. They worked with me to get me the best price they could because they knew I was a student and even gave me a discount. My computer was fixed in a short amount of time and works as good as new! I love this business and will be sure to work with them again when needed!

We are so pleased with the service we received. We left our Dell laptop Saturday and went to pick it up today. Justin is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. After several attempts to get a call back from a computer repair person that had been referred to me, I went online and called Reliant Computer Services in Winter Haven. Boy am I glad I did! Chris is very knowledgeable, friendly, personable and knows his stuff. I just assumed my computer was done and just wanted to see if my data could be recovered and transferred to an external drive. Chris saved my computer and it is working great!

Reliant Computer Services has been my rock through a recent software upgrade. As a one women office crew at a busy construction company it was great to have them serve as my technical support. I had a very enjoyable experience when I took my computer to Reliant. They were very friendly and listened to what I had to say. They have very competitive pricing, and stay in touch with you regarding your computer and what needs to be done. I am experienced with computer hardware, and these guys did not try to charge me for anything not needed. That means a lot. Highly recommended.
