I spent nearly a week trying to fix a software issue. Vlad and his team had it solved within hours. They're basically computer magicians. If you're having any issue with your cpu, don't wait like I did. just go to ascendtech! Very reasonable pricing too. Only $75, well worth the time and knowledge the have.

Great store, I've always bought from them on eBay and then experience has always been perfect. They have a great variety of parts and hard to beat prices. Very pleasant experience.

I have purchased several replacement parts for repairs I was doing in my own Computer Repair Shop and they have come through every time. Fair prices on used or system pull parts.

Couldn't even order equipment for my company.the sales person was not very educated about the product and I have yet to hear back from a technician over email to answer a simple question! This company by design buys up equipment claims to test them and then resells them to you the customer keep that in mind

The only supplier I could find that had stock of a discontinued motherboard I needed to replace. Fair price, fast shipping, and great communication throughout the sale process. Definitely at the top of my list next time I need to search for parts!

Bought a "new in box" motherboard from Ascendtech on eBay and was pleasantly surprised when I received a true unopened in box Asus P8B-M server board with all of the options, CD and cables in the box. I had to fumble with memory for a few days because this Asus board and Intel Xeons are very picky about memory types. It is now all up and running with W10Px64, ECC memory, E3-1240 3.4GHz CPU, LSI RAID 8 port, and 10G network. After using several burn-in tests, I am very happy with this board.

Excellent company. Purchased a product through ebay - price was very reasonable, and shipping was fast. Will do business with them again.

Functions. Purchased SODIMM memory, which was clean and operational, but was not (4 GB) as I intended or recalled (8 GB). Now I have unmatched RAM :/ Unsure if description changed after listing and my bid. Keeping product anyway. Company then emailed goading for a review, but only after my positive rating with this verbiage added, and with value-add incentive, which I hate, using a huge URL to an unspecified map location, also irritating.

Therefore this mediocre score is for providing working product, under annoying procedure. It is clear these people are crafty. Just not sure I will reorder, but at least they were quick to ship something. I got half way to where I needed to be. Would not have written this, except out of irritation. Whatever; now everyone can see. You have a shot at getting a deal here. Best wishes

Over the past three years I have purchased multiple memory cards (40+) from Ascendtech. They simply work. I have zero concerns about their product. Shipping usually occurs within a day or two. The cards are packaged in strong containers. To me, Ascendtech is an ideal company to do business with.

After purchasing, receiving and installing a new motherboard from these folks, along with a new processor from elsewhere, for my older HP dv6000, I must say this new motherboard was clean and perfect. Ascendtech's purchase price for the new motherboard was relatively inexpensive, shipping was no charge, very fast and the new motherboard works beautifully. I enjoy taking older PC's, beefing 'em up and making them like new. Thanks for the great deal Ascendtech!

I order at least several times a month from them. They ship promptly and overall have been a very reliable supplier. Tech support available, and has been very helpful when I had the need.

Company is a bunch of scam artists who do not test their products completely and thoroughly. They sell broken electronics to people in hopes they won't come across the issues until the warranty is up, that is if they even provide one for it. They have terrible reviews all over the internet so please do your research and stay far away from this horrendous company!

Ascendtech has tremendously helped me and my company. One of my industry friends has used them for spare parts and recommended them as a cost-efficient service provider. We are a retail store and originally I purchased 2 PC systems - one server and another office PC. Being not very technical myself, I had to rely on their professional advice on how the systems need to be built for our needs.

I basically, was looking for something powerful enough to support our retail applications as well as the cameras, without breaking the budget. The PCs have been working without a single problem (knock on wood) for almost 3 years now. In the beginning we had a small problem with the server but it was most likely due to my computer-illiteracy and it was an easy fix over the phone. Also, we have ended up buying all the accessories, extended warranty and battery back-ups from them per their recommendation and SO glad we did because we have had several power outages in the past year.

I have worked with several male associates in Technical Support and they were very helpful. I could not be more thankful for both the products and service received. Highly recommended!

BEWARE OF ASCENDTECH! They are Scammers! Do just a little research and you will find out the many people had the same problem I did. They send you non working product that is USED! Sold as new! obvious wear marks and non working. When you try to return it you are ignored! If you use Paypal you will get your money back but only after filing claim and you will have to pay shipping again! Customer service will just laugh at you! use another company!

Worst company ever to deal with. I never go through the trouble to write negative reviews but I made it a point to this time. They send out used items that are claimed as new and in top of that, they are defective and don't work! I called some guys named clad and he was the rudest person to speak with, he actually hung up on me when I asked why I got a used item that doesn't even work!

Then to get a replacement they made me may for a new board and 30$ in shipping. When I sent them the board back they refused to give me a refund! It's nuts how these guys are even in business still. Just type their name in a search engine and see all the negative comments.

Ascendtech.us Order 382155 Confirmation Will never do business with this company again. They sent a computer that was broken from the get-go. I had to work on it many times and call the company for help, and all they would offer was how to walk me through messing with cables and settings instead of offering to replace it. After missing the 30 day return period, I called in and they told me some garbage about "soup of the day", meaning someone ends up getting used/broken/out of warranty parts. I was that someone. And there is no way to get a refund now or send it back or make them replace it. Friends don't let friends shop Ascendtech!

If you need your items in a timely manner do NOT choose these guys. I placed an order on Sat for a motherboard it is now WED and the order has NOT shipped i called and the person said if i want it expedited that would cost another 9.99 Really 9.99 to do your job in a timely manner. Now we are paying people not to be lazy. Lets analyze this i order 1 count em 1 motherboard and it takes 3 days (from monday) to put a label on it.

As for the $9.99 fee---- is the whole flippin reason why ppl shop online to get stuff cheaper if thats the case let do the math This product sells for 49.00 - the one i ordered they had it listed for 28.99 - cool i save 20.01 (good for me yay) the shipping cost was 12.00 - at least i saved some money 8.01 not much but ill take it so total savings of 8.01 ok if i were to get it shipped the same day add 10.00 i would be better of getting it locally with a loss of -1.98 To sum it up the savings at ascend tech not really savings if you need the product within 2 weeks I will NOT bring i business to them again.

I ordered a laptop replacement keyboard. It arrived in a bubble-wrap envelope with a "Do not bend" label and a couple of short pieces of cardboard which collectively were grossly inadequate for protecting the keyboard. The mailman stuffed it into my mailbox because the "Do not bend" label on the envelope was probably obscured by a magazine and other junk mail on top of it in the pile.

The sides of the envelope were folded up along the length of the keyboard, which shouldn't have been a problem. However, the keyboard itself was bent into a hockey stick somewhere along the way. The couple of pieces of additional cardboad in the envelope were about 1/3 the length of the keyboard, both stacked on one side and totally useless for protecting it. Furthermore, the product page on the web site does not indicate that the part is other than new and in OEM packaging.

The keyboard was in an anti-static bag with a broken seal and a tear in the bag. I was able to gently bend the keyboard back close enough to flat to install it and it worked, so I avoided having to do an RMA dance to get to use my laptop properly again. I wish I had thought to look for the other review here before purchasing from AscendTech over the web. Caveat emptor.
