Tried to charge me $399 for a screen for a surface pro 3 that only cost $300 to buy then said it would cost me a additional $80 to install it and to top that he then told me it would take 2 weeks to repair. I went to another repair shop got a new screen had them install it plus a new battery for only $200 and they will have it done in 2 days

No other big companies (Best Buy, Micro Center) in the Cleveland area willing to soldering motherboard. My HP laptop power button broken off the motherboard, part was $10 on ebay but requires soldering. The only problem is they charged $200+.I could have tried to solder it myself as I have all the tools and mercury but I'm getting old and busy, so at least they offer a choice.

My son needed a hinge on his Chrome book repaired over holiday break, so he could go back for in-person learning. Due to the holidays there were limited hours, but the technician found time to look at it. He was able to repair it in one day so my son could have the computer in time. He even gave me a break in the cost for paying in cash. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism, and the price was reasonable.
