He was definitely the right person to fix my Lenovo laptop. I the second I walked in his store he could tell me what the problem was. The man has years of experience. I got my keyboard replaced for about 300 dollars. Its a little high but I haven't had any problems since. Fast and reliable.

Cleaned out my computer changed to solid state drive and it's working great. Friendly service, would highly recommend.

Mansplain to me about AMD making all the chips sets and comparing it to crawfish buying prices when all I asked was for gpu's he had. I was looking at the boxes on display and he waved his arm and hand in my face to get my attention while he continued to mansplain chip shortage. Im well aware of chip shortage and scalper prices. Just wanted to know what he had and the price.

This man did not even let me speak. Rtx 30 series stock: He has evga3060 ti and 3070 for 1200 dollars. Told me his prices 100 dollars cheaper than ebay and amazon which are scalper prices. This man did not have shoes on he was bare foot. His shop has zero room to walk. Filled with old computers and dirt in this entire building. Never going again. Prices for parts, what a rip off.

Handed the man my laptop which had a broken screen. It was so bad you couldn't see anything on it. He gave me $150 for it. I was super grateful to him. Also he's nice and has a sense of humor.

I had a Lenovo laptop. I just didn't want any of the newer computers I saw for sale at the store. They really couldn't help me fix my slow sluggish computer come up out if the dinosaur age. I saw other older people needing help at the repair area if the sale shops and most of the time they were told to buy a new computer, even if they had recently bought their computer.

This guy had patience with my lack, of computer knowledge, , he had confidence( I did not) he knew how to, fix my problem. Yes, the repair costed more than buying a new laptop, for me, but it works perfectly. He installed everything on there I needed even a great antivirus program and Windows 10 which was soon running out of support by Microsoft. I would recommend him. He knows what he's doing. Wow! I brought my son window shopping for a gaming computer. Mr. Woo was so helpful! He asked a lot of questions and then advised us on a system that fit our budget. And, Mr. Woo and Keith allowed my son to build the computer with their supervision! I've used Great Southern before for repairs and new purchase and they've always over-delivered. Beware! Mr. Woo is quite the salesman and will make you a deal that is hard to pass up!

I went in with a computer that was manufactured in the early 90's. Without this computer running my business is basically shut down. Mr Philip stopped what he was doing and spent most of the day rejuvenating a computer that even the manufacturer said was a lost cause and needed to be replaced. He was able to get it back up and running by using some great knowledge and some spare parts from other outdated computers he had on hand.
