Computer Zone - Kernersville Location

I am from Summerfield, I have traveled around quite a bit looking for someone that repairs laptop screens. A friend had recommended this place to be a while ago. I ended up bringing my laptop in to be repaired by them. It took a couple of days, but was fairly cheap. I was sure this would be over a couple hundred dollars, but it was no where near this. Anyways, I would like to recommend this local business for any needs you have computer related.

I always pass by this place in the morning on the way to work, never really thought much about it. So this morning I decided to stop in and see what it was all about. The first impression I got while coming in the door, is that this place was purely computers and electronics. There were computers lined up all around me for sale, with some televisions as well.

I ended up sticking around for a while, looked at some of their Lenovo laptops and ended up seeing one that looked really nice. I asked the sales rep about it and in the end, purchased it. I feel like I got a really good deal on it, and it wasn't until after purchasing it that I was told it even comes with warranty! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to purchase a computer in the area.

Now this is what I call a business! This place is freaking sweet, never before I have I been somewhere where laptops and computers are everywhere and sold for decent prices. I am used to going over to bestbuy and being gauged by their ridiculous head over cash prices. Just going to let this out once, if you need a computer: Go to computer zone.

Now. This is the place to be. I have never been to any computer store/repair place in my life that has not been as great as this. My experience with the people at the computer zone is one that will last a lifetime. I had been looking around different shops in the area for a new laptop but have had issues with pricing. Almost every pawn shop that I went to was trying to charge an arm and a leg for anything they had.

This was driving me crazy. So I went inside and had spoken with one of the employees here about pricing as I was looking around and WOW, their pricing is much better than any pawn shop. I would say around 30% cheaper than the average pawn shop. If you are looking for a decently priced laptop, this is the place for you. (Pic of my new baby)

A very unorganized and unprofessional business. First time I walked in they screwed up the schedule and instead of being ready for me they completely forgot. It was a very inconvenient 40 minute drive for me and a waste of my time. Never going here again.

I thought my computer was never going to work again. Computerzone was able to restore it and get back all my files i thought they were lost forever! Thank you so much!

This place is amazing! They are so willing and able to help. The gentleman who took care of me was ploite and knowledgeable (I swear he was a wizard). I was under the impression I would need to spend a ton of money to fix what I thought was a serious problem. I went to another computer store in the area, and they told me it would be $200 to fix the problem.

Within 2 minutes after computer zone looked at the exact same computer, the wonderful gentleman told me it was something that would only cost me $35. That's such a big difference! Thank you Computer Zone! You have a new life long customer!

This computer store is really nice. I heard about it from a friend that had been there in the past after I started having issues with my laptop. I had brought my laptop in to see what was wrong with it, turns out that they said it was a motherboard issue and that I needed to get a new motherboard. I decided to purchase a new laptop instead, they had many in stock at the time and the employees helped me pick one out that worked just for me. I will come back here if I have any trouble with my laptop.

Best place to get your computer repaired! I am a returning customer that has tried this place out three different times before. When ever I have any issue with one of my computers, this is the place I go to. Make sure to try them out and support your local business!

Dreadful customer service and over priced; I only buy from here when I can't get what I need same day from somewhere else like West Mountain Pawn, Kernersville Pawn World, Wal-Mart or Good Will.

This place needs to be avoided at all costs. They sell junk that does not last for exorbitant prices.
