My five year old computer was having major issues. I took it to Kimberly and she attempted to fix the issue. Unfortunately it was not able to be fixed. She then assessed my computer needs for a replacement and made an awesome recommendation for a refurbished HP. I brought it to her to set it up and she was able to transfer all of my data from my old computer to the "new" one. I would highly recommend her company. Honest, helpful and very fair pricing.

Charged me to fix fan, 3 days broken again; said she increased Ram 4 gig, 0 more in panel, installed a virus protection without authority, while disabling Defender. Dishonest!

I had used Kimberly before when she was at her old location, she and her staff are amazing! But when they moved I lost her contact info - my bad. But I was cleaning out a box of stuff yesterday and found her old business card, I called the number and found them again! Yay! They are the only ones I trust, I'll be bringing my computer there tomorrow! Happy day!

Good service and very honest; she won't bs you. Kimberly got my 14 year old computer up and running again and 2 months later it's still working just as well.

Kimberly went above and beyond what I asked her to do. I came in needing to have a desktop and a laptop computer repaired. She not only accomplished the repairs with one-day turnaround, but she also tuned up and cleaned out both machines, and optimized them for speed. To top it all off, she gave me a printed guide on maintaining my machines to keep them in good running order. I am extremely impressed with Kimberly's expertise. Highly recommended!

I've been taking computers to Kimberly since 2009. I've always been happy with the service I have received and have enjoyed many conversations with her. Have another computer to take and hope she can save it for me. I've referred many people to her.

Computer Repair is by far the most honest, serious repair shop in Sarasota. If you are sensitive, and don't like harsh truth, not the place for you. I've known her for 18 years and i'll tell you that she wont sugar coat the truth. She is honest, fair, and will fix it if it's worth fixing. Trust her, she knows what she is talking about.

The employees are very patient and willing to help you, even with the oddest requests. I accidentally unscrewed my fan and it fell into the back of the computer tower, and it was bolted weird and I couldn't rescue it. I brought my computer in and they didn't laugh at me, they took me seriously. Because of their kindness and affordability I came to them for the rest of my computer building needs.

They aren't like every other computer shop that just pressures you into installing pointless applications. They are also super knowledgeable about games. I haven't investigated, but I think they run some gaming inc. in there too which is really neat. They're $75 per hour if you bring your computer to the shop, and they also have a service where they come to your house. They keep an account of yours so they're familiar with your history when you come in again which makes me feel a sense of satisfied customer connection.

Not impressed. Kimberly was rude and condescending. She couldn't fix my friend's PC because her "tech" guy wasn't there. All I needed was to stop Windows from constantly failing to install updates. She turned off Windows updates, clean up some temp files and charged me $75. Go to best buy. temp

My less than 3 year old computer was having some issues, so a friend referred me to Kimberly at Computer Repair Inc. What an outstanding experience! She is friendly and so knowledgeable that I immediately felt that my baby was in good hands. A couple days later, and under what I was originally quoted, I have it back and it is like new/better than new. She was so patient and showed me all kinds of helpful tips when I picked it up. I would definitely recommend her and her company!
