The best computer place been around forever. And they're very open to answer simple questions that may not cost you money to fix your computer. I've been going there since 1997 and glad to see that they're still there great service Andy G

Tricom computers is a friendly affordable computer store. Roger and his partner are good knowledgeable experts on Computers. I would definitely recommend them.

There guys are my go to guys for all computer issues. They know their stuff, do what they promise, and all at a reasonable cost. Next time you have an issue, head to Tricom!

I live nearby, and have driven by this place numerous times. I had a relatively new laptop that was just out of warranty that I suspected had a motherboard issue, so I brought it into Tricom for analysis/repair. Honestly I had to convince them to even open up the machine to take a look at it. After they looked at it for about 20 min, they tried talking me out of getting it repaired.

It would take long and be very expensive. They suggested just buying a new laptop. I took back my laptop, and contacted Lenovo (the manufacturer) instead for repair. I ended up sending it to Lenovo instead, and they fixed it for under $90. I was really disappointed in the service at Tricom.

The fan on my older video card stopped working & the heat melted some of the card's housing. I could easily have been convinced that I needed to replace the entire card - the guys at Tricom simply replaced the fan, cleaned out the dust build-up inside my 10+ year old desktop & charged me $10 for the fan. I didn't have an appointment - just called them because I pass by their place often.

They were busy but still told me to bring in my computer - they fixed my issue in less than a 1/2 hr. I was stunned by their sincerity, their exceptional customer service and expertise. Very grateful for small businesses like this.

Roger and David are the best. I have been dealing with them for about 8 years.they repaired my systems at my restaurant and have dealt with all my recording studios computer needs.they have also built and rebuilt computers for me as well.service service service.they truly believe in that! And, their prices are more than fair!
