I called a tech to my business because my printer was not sending or receiving documents. The tech could not repair the problem with my printer but he was able to switch my PDF documents to adobe, which was nice of him but unnecessary. More importantly it did not fix my problem! They charged me $120.09 for an hour (35 minutes) of unnecessary services! Nice tech but terrible business. I will not use them again!

Printers, both laser and dot matrix, they are the best. Computer repair is excellent AND I buy all new computers from them. Great prices and setup is first class. I have 4 companies in NC and Va.
