ATS Tech Solutions has been our dedicated IT company for the last 14 plus years. They have always been able to fix any issues that have come up with our companies network. They have proven themselves to be knowledgeable and reliable. I 100% recommend them to any company looking for a outside IT company.

I have worked with ATS for many years. I was introduced to them through my company. When upgrading and implementing new software, the technicians and support team have always been very helpful and instructive. As someone who isn't "tech savvy" I have never felt uncomfortable asking questions about how something works or speaking up if I have a problem.

If I have to call the office Lindsay is always kind and attentive. When the pandemic hit I was able to seamlessly move from office to home. I have worked with them on personal computers too, finding specific computers with certain criteria to run personal programs I want to use without breaking the bank. Ultimately I would have to say that ATS is 100% who I will continue to turn to for any technology needs, personal or business.

I have worked with ATS Tech Solutions since January of 2016. I contact them for all our IT issues and they usually resolve them within the hour. If equipment has to be repaired, the only delay is in getting the appropriate parts for them to fix them. I highly recommend them as they have served the needs of our company exceptionally well.
