Benecom came and installed two new computers this week, they have done work for us in the past. My experience with them is that they don't show up for their pre arraigned appointment, then they pop in unexpectedly rush to do the job and are in a hurry to leave as soon as their finished without taking anytime to give you an opportunity to try it and asked questions.
Every time they do an installation it's the same and there are always things that do not work properly so your left at their mercy. I would not recommend Benecom for my computer needs. 08/19/16, Have been waiting for a return call from BENECOM since the middle of last week and they have not replied to messages left on voice telephone nor texting. I am locked out of my computer and don't have any access to it. Once again think twice before using them.
