We had a partnership with this company that ended very badly. The company's president does not understand that a contract is legally binding. He uses intimidation methods and bullying as tactics to try to get his way. He also is not truthful. Anyone considering doing business with this company needs to be prepared to do business with liars, manipulators, and people who simply do not understand how business works. Expect to get cheated. Consider yourself warned! should you like to see evidence I'm happy to provide it.

Russell was able to fix our Toughbook with OEM parts. This was a difficult job as the parts were hard to get. But, he did it and now it works and looks great. They were great to work with even through the frustrations from the Panasonic parts department. We would probably recommend buying a Getac over the Panasonic as parts are more readily available. Our next laptop purchase will be through Rugged Notebooks - I trust them.
