This is a great MSP to work with and we have held a great relationship for several years. The team at Eastern are dedicated and very knowledgeable in many areas of IT. Amazing IT service. I can't say enough about the customer service we get from everyone there, Kristian, Chrissy, Everett, Kyle, to name a few. Whenever I call I am helped ASAP and they explain things to me in a manner I can understand. The sense of security I feel with knowing Eastern is keeping an eye on our business computers is more than I can express.

My experience with Eastern Data has been superior to the other IT companies I've dealt with in the past. I consider them the IT company that people can talk to. They don't get caught up in the IT lingo that leaves you more confused than when you started. Eastern Data is also eager to grow and improve. When issues have arose in the past they've been very apologetic and appreciative of the feedback but most importantly, they structured a plan to improve.
They've made it a point to build a business relationship that allows for honest conversation and demonstrates how much they value their customers. For these reasons I give them five stars and I'm confident in saying that you won't find another IT company that can compare in the Hampton Roads area.
