This organization promises and charges top notch IT experience and knowledge, while delivering service and displaying knowledge of your average garage/basement 'tech guys'. With their tardiness, absences, and poor workmanship, they displayed nothing but unprofessionalism. Ongoing support for troubleshooting issues they actually caused was completely nonexistent.
I highly recommend taking your personal PC to Best Buy for repair, and seeking a large and established IT support company within Louisville. We hired another company to come in and clean up the mess that Premium left. Avoid these guys at all costs.
