My initial review of this company was a 5 until the shipping process kicked in. My delivery date has changed 4 times and my TV is being driven all over the country. I loved the price point on the TV and the purchase process was great. They need help in the shipping area. Maybe they just use a bad company. I have seen numerous issues around shipping. It's disappointing when everyday the shipper moves the delivery date further out. The longer it takes the less of a value the price point is and maybe buying elsewhere would have been better. I purchase brand new and sure hope that is what gets delivered.

Ordered a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse for my HP Notebook. Received it in just 3 days! Got a excellent price on it because it had an open box. However, when I received it, box was sealed, instruction manual and warranty paperwork was all there! The accessories for the mouse were all accounted for. Hooked it up, I LOVE it! Many thanks Tech For Less, great website, transaction nice and smooth. I definitely would do business with them again, highly recommend them!

I bought a refurbished Sony TV about eight months ago, and I'm glad to say that it's still functioning properly. Unfortunately, I initially purchased the TV BEFORE looking at the reviews (at the time, I mainly saw negative ones). As a result, it worried me significantly, not to mention the second guessing I had due to buying it online (the process seemed sketchy for me). Fortunately, I had nothing to worry about and ended up with a decent deal and a great TV.

Sold me e-waste. Sold me a non-functioning VisionTek msata drive. I contacted VisionTek for customer support and we could not get the drive to function correctly. When I finally found the receipt and attempted to RMA the product as per VisionTek customer support direction, I was told by VisionTek that they wouldn't RMA the product because Tech For Less was not a registered vendor. Tech For Less customer support continued to assure me they were registered but that is clearly not the case (as verified on VisionTech website on 15 April, 2022.) Don't buy from Tech For Less unless you are into non-working Tech art.

Was looking for a tablet to use on my elliptical and as a reader. No one could touch this price. Plus delivery was in just a few days.

Typical tech for less transaction. Simple, fast, no problems. Great people to do business with. great customer service if you need it.

Been dealing with Tech For Less from when they first opened years ago. Always a good price and fast shipping. Just bought 3 Bluetooth headphones for my Apple devices and am very pleased with the price and quality of them.

6 out of 5 stars! Im not a savvy person with technology. Shopping for such, is incredibly overwhelming. Not anymore. Upon walking in I was greeted pleasantly. There was ZERO pressure from start to finish. I was sent out the door with a laptop perfectly suited for my needs. I was actually more pleased than I expected. AWESOME customer service. I ordered an open box wifi router. It arrived 3 days early, but was the wrong router. I emailed them about it, and in half a day they had a replacement on its way and a prepaid return shipping label in my hands. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Tech for less has quality products at good prices. I have been looking for a new UPS backup. Their open box items are half the price of retail and come with a full warranty. The product arrived quickly and was just as described. I liked it so much that I went back and bought a second unit. I am impressed with this company's professionalism and quality of service.

I''ve been buying here for over 20 years, always pleased and great prices. I had a problem with a laptop once (it had an existing password), so they reserved a replacement while I returned the locked machine. One other time I ordered a GPS which was DOA. They replaced and I didn't even have to return the defective item. Most orders have free Shipping. AAA+++.

Gave me an awesome deal on a monitor. Quick and easy pickup and great customer service!

Avoid at all costs. It's not a deal if after four weeks (since the shipping company they use is horrible) you are left with your money in their account while the broken TV they shipped you is on a truck on it's way back to them. Seriously, it's only a deal if you get what they sell you, so for the money, go with a real company.

I had them fix 2 problems with my laptop, one a reboot issue and the other a battery replacement. Cost me over $100, and not even 2 months later, I'm having both issues again. Pretty crappy service when they can't even fix simple problems correctly.

Good news/bad news--I received something different from what I ordered, but received great customer service in processing the return.

I was able to get a refund for the TV without being charged shipping and a restocking fee so I'm glad this was resolved in a timely manner.

Just recieved a tower I ordered online with no windows 10 COA. Once I receive my cd showing that I own a windows 10 serial with this tower I purchased I will give Tech for Less a correct rai

For a birthday gift, I got the Samsung 65 RU8000 television from Tech For Less. This was my first time ordering something with a high asking price and have it shipped to my location. The television came via direct ship, which I have never tried before. The company and their representative were very knowledgeable and friendly, answering any questions that I had. They kept me informed about my order and how to get in contact with the shipping company if I had any questions/concerns. Definitely will order from this company again.

My experience has been terrible. I ordered a TV from them for Mother's Day. I was aware it was going to come after the day itself which was fine. But I was not prepared for them to cancel my order without notice the Monday after. After speaking with the rep, I decided to just go ahead and order again and was assured it would be shipped out that day.

A lie. It wasn't. I waited the remainder of that week for my shipment to go out and FINALLY received a call close to the end of the week that it would be delivered Monday. Complete with a scheduled time. Oh, wait, no. Third lie. I have to be the one to call them to find out, nope, it's still not here! Imagine how embarrassing it is to continuously tell someone their surprise gift is coming in the mail and then have to repeatedly say 'Oops, not today!

My bad!'. It has completely sucked my entire enthusiasm out of the window. I'm so tired of waiting for this stupid thing to come in the mail. Reading other bad reviews, I'm now scrambling to cancel this order so I don't deliver a damaged TV to my parents.

BEWARE fraudulent seller online. I bought a open item from them that was advertised as new and perfect condition. When we opened it, it had a large scratch on it, which was concealed under the sticker on the lower right corner. IT appears they put a larger sticker over it. The sticker was mint, so the scratch was there prior. Worse, the refused to credit me or take it back. I had to get my Credit card company involved to try to resolve.

Item was advertised as "Open Box. original condition". The price seemed too good to be true - BUT I was wrong! The item arrived SEALED, Brand New (I could tell the items had never been taken out of the box). I was so impressed that I ordered a 2nd one as a Christmas Gift. My experience could *NOT* have been better - and they even enclosed a 10% Off Coupon Code on the original invoice for the 1st item thus the 2nd item was a steal of a deal.

My husband has been to TFL in the past but my first visit was a few days ago & I had an awesome experience! I never felt pressured to buy anything and Rod was *AMAZING* at helping me find what I needed. We originally went in looking for a Dell we saw online but it wasn't right for me. Rod started going through inventory and even had one of the Techs (Mike, also a rockstar!) come up to get his opinion & suggestions on a few things. I ended up leaving with an "open-box" HP Notebook and I absolutely love it! Thank you Rod & Mike, you guys rock!
