I've used New West Technologies twice recently. They logged onto our network at the designated time & installed our software. We had several existing software issues that they fixed. I was a bit skeptical when my company brought in New West as a partner on my most recent project. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I have been using New West Technologies for about 9 years or so. I came to them due to my original Microsoft provider wasn't offering any type of support. I did a lot of research before I switched over the where highly recommend! I have spoke to I think every Tech in the company at this point. I have had nothing, but great support and they always try to help me with every issue that I have going on at any point.

I just recently upgraded my server I was terrified of the switch the server is the heartbeat of everyone's company. Before anything happen, I send them all the information that needed to be added to the new server so they could pre-installed as much as they could at the home office then shipped me the server. Almost everything was already done the things that could be done.

We scheduled a time before my business opened and we spend a few hours re configuring everything and my business was up and running on the new server before my business opened. These guys are the best in the business in my opinion. I get more help from them even if it's a simple question to them creating scrips & re-configuring my server
