I have been a customer of JKTech for over 2 years. I live an hour away and would go nowhere else. They have been a valuable support to my work life. Javier has replaced my laptop touch screen when it shattered, fixed my faulty speaker. Karen is also a great problem solver and communicator. I am on their annual service plan and it is a reasonable and great investment.

My husband and I are elderly and due to medical issues, homebound. We needed a new printer. I called JK Techs and they were more than happy to help! They ordered the printer and came yesterday to install it! It was connected and printing in just a few minutes. Both my husband and I simultaneously got an alert on our phones that they had been affected with a virus.

The Apple logo looked legit and the settings icon looked legit as well! I told my husband not to click on it and I did the same. Although that was not the reason for his visit, he looked at both phones and confirmed it was a scam! He cleaned out a lot of junk and now are phones are operating more efficiently! I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Although somewhat capable, we just don't have the knowledge nor skills to deal with a problem like this! He did it quickly, efficiently, effectively and with a cheerful attitude. If you need "techpertise" this is the company you want to call! And, no, I am not his Mom.he was that good!

Walked in when I thought there was no hope, and everyone was super understanding and helpful and patient while I was having a meltdown about my laptop enduring complete failure! They were able to complete diagnostics and tell me the problem! AND resurrected my laptop! Would highly recommend!

I knew I had a failing hard drive on my late-2015 iMac and reached out to Javier. He replaced the hard drive and returned the computer to my house. When I discovered the computer still didn't work properly, Javier took the computer back and discovered the new hard drive was faulty. He replaced it, with all my data intact, all for a very reasonable price. His professionalism and friendly demeanor impressed me.

Javier did a terrific job of getting a home WIFI set up for us. He was clear, easy to work with, and very responsive. He did a great job!

I called Javier to help me with a computer build. He is very knowledgeable in the computer science field and is patient with customers. He did an excellent job with the build. Plus he taught me a lot of the hardware process i never knew existed. If you ever have computer troubles, JK Techs is the place to call.

So glad that I found them. We have been in business since 1972 and never had such success with an IT Company. Herring Sanitation has been using them for a few years now.
