Extremely pleased with their service. We had multiple technical issues to address at our office which we didn't even expect to be resolved during the same visit. However, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and managed to nail each of those during a 2 hour visit.

From start to finish my experience was seamless and very professional! I called Chip on Saturday and had an appointment booked with Marius on Sunday morning. He built a new computer for my daughter who had bought all of the parts herself. He had some issues with all the different types of fans and led lights from different manufacturers that ended up taking more time than he thought.

Awesome experience with Chip. I had a headache of a problem with my display/VGA light on my motherboard after a couple of tries he was able to identify the issue, isolate it, resolve it, document it and reinstall windows to get the computer back to working order. Our builder had not setup our Wireless Access Points (WAP) in our newly built house. Chip was able to identify the best solution to complete the setup of the WAP. Chip also discovered that one of the CAT6 cables was wired incorrectly by the electricians. He rewired the terminal and got that WAP working. Chip installed the TP-Link Omada controller and then made sure each WAP was configured the best that it could be. This included going around the house and checking the wifi speed and then adjusting the WAP configuration as needed.

I called him at 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening. I was able to meet him within an hour. We discussed a reasonable price. Once he looked at it and knew it was going to take longer he explained to me the process and the pros and the cons. He was able to finish up in half the time discussed and called me right away to pick it up with the good news. From the time I left my house 7:15 I was back home by 8:40 p.m. with the problem solved for half the price quoted. Amazing professional friendly service would highly recommend.

I'd been pulling my hair out and spent time and money at other shops only to run into the same issue over and over again with my gaming laptop. Last week I decided to give these guys a shot based on their reviews and also being one of the few shops offering free estimates. Not only did they manage to find the reason why my gaming laptop would constantly crash with a blue screen.

I spent a day trying to get my work-from-home machine to boot and managed to make the problem worse in the process. I was able to book very quickly, and Chip came to me equipped with everything he needed to diagnose and fix the problem. Great service from these guys. I run a small business from home and my server crashed completely. I keep a ton of photography work on it that's extremely valuable. I was able to book a tech quickly, and he was able to recover all my data, get my server back up and running and provide additional advice on how to keep my data safe for the future. Chip is just exceptional. Many people can claim to be knowledgeable, but Chip exercises good judgement and creativity in finding the right solutions to the problem. Because he will do in-home repair, one can ask questions, get the right answers, and become more comfortable/familiar with one's computer system. I would never again drop my equipment somewhere and "come back in a few days". It's not just the travel time and impersonal nature of the big business store: it's that you don't necessarily learn more yourself.
