I recently took my laptop to Gadgetmates because I thought I just needed a new battery. Not only did I need a new battery, but also a new hard drive. They fixed both in only a day and a half and for a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with their work and will be a repeat customer for sure! I highly recommend Gadgetmates!

I brought my ipad mini 4 to Gadgetmate for not charging at all and I was amazed the way they handle their customer. (Me). They traded my ipad mini with same ipad mini after they can not figure it out why it charges on and off after they change with new battery. They told me it might be the mother board. My daughter was happy with the new ipad from gadgetmate. Thanks GADGETMATE.

Glad I came here for all my computer needs. I was in LV on my vacation and my portable computer crapped out. After calling a couple places to see if they had a replacement power adapter, I was suggested to go here. I'm glad I got that suggestion. Jonas was very helpful on trying to figure out what was wrong. It turned out to be the computer itself.
He was able to get me a new one in such sort notice. Over and beyond customer service. Would recommend going here. I now know where to go if I need anything electronics related while in LV.

Excellent customer service from Irvin and Jose as soon as you walk in the door. They were able to repair my phones charging issue and I received my phone back the very next day. I hope these guys are getting paid what they are worth. They represent the company very well. I will definitely come back if I am need of services. Grateful,

Customer service is above and beyond. Between this location and the other they really tried hard to make me happy and did. Jonas went the extra mile to make sure I had a phone in my budget for my daughters birthday. The two gentlemen at this location (I didn't get their names) also looked into all possible options for me. I really appreciate it.

5 stars all around. My Google Pixel Pro 6 was in need of an LED replacement after the screen somehow cracked after getting caught on the edge of my desk (this was WITH a case and glass screen protector). These guys were nice, professional, and did a great job getting my phone back up and running. They were honest and accurate with the turnaround time (24 hours due to needing to order the necessary parts) and made sure to have me test multiple functions with my phone before charging for the work.

My daughter's 10 yr old pc that I built was having issues where it was powering down. I really didn't have time to try to diagnose it, as I'm not that great at troubleshooting this sort of issue. Technician Patrick updated my bios and re-routed my wiring for better airflow. Monitored temps, and let it run for 2 days without any issues. I couldn't beat the price. My first impression with them is that they are fair, honest, and have competent technicians. I will be a return customer for all future gadget issues that I may have.
