This company is top notch. Allen went over the top with his customer service skills. Was referred to them and am glad they delivered, with fast service. Will definitely use them again.

My laptop display is toast but the computer still works fine. Too much to replace but I can hard wire another monitor along with a mouse and keyboard.

I reached out about repairing my computer and replacing the battery and the owner could have easily just sold my the battery replacement but he advised me the best thing to do for me was to buy a new computer. (Which wasn’t from him ) it’s refreshing to have a business to do the right thing by the customer!

What a great service. I had to get our business main laser printer paired with our office computer because I was unable to figured out. I tried over and over and didn’t work for me. I contacted A-M-S- and they asked me to bring it over. Our business is in Land O Lakes, but I didn’t mind the drive because I was hoping to get the printer up and running.

They didn’t disappoint me at all. I drop it off and in less than an hour they figured out, plus did some regular maintenance on the laptop. Our business depends a lot on this printer and I’m a happy camper. Thank you so much for your professionalism, and honesty. You will be handling all of our personal and business computer needs.

Super fast service. My laptop got dropped and the screen cracked. They diagnosed the problem right away, gave me the exact price to fix it, had the needed part in stock, and it was fixed in half an hour. Friendly, convenient, good price.

I generally am able to do my own computer repairs but recently ran into a problem beyond my level of ability. A-M-S provided exceptionally congenial, prompt and accurate diagnostics. They have a promise of free evaluation, which they keep. I do not understand the negative review posted by one other reviewer because my experience was positive in all respects.

Adam was awesome! He took my Mac and checked it thoroughly for malware and helped me to understand how to keep it uncluttered.

Great fast service, I had a virus on my computer and AMS was able to get it off with out loosing all my stuff. Computer is working great again and I can not believe they got my computer back to me within a day. Great professional service here. Excellent service! My father lives in a nursing home in Florida and I live in Maryland. Trying to help my father from this distance is VERY difficult. AMS sent a technician (Adam) to look at my father's computer, called me with an update on the issues, and helped me get him a nice practically-new (refurbished) system. My father is SO happy with his new system. Customer service is top notch!
