I was having problems with a weak WiFi signal in certain spots around my house. Scott explained the issue to me and the different options for addressing it. After deciding which route to take, Scott helped me purchase the correct equipment and then walked me through the set up over the phone, all at a fair and reasonable price. I would have been lost without him!

I always like dealing with local family owned businesses and being able to make a call and get Scott or his wife on the phone is a big plus. Scott puts his years of computer knowledge and troubleshooting to work for you whenever you have a computer problem that you cannot solve on your own. For me, this would be almost anything to do with computers as I am not very adept. Whether your issues are minor or major, Scott has the best solutions for your problems. My extended family uses his services, as do I.
Most of our problems have been fixed via remote server, so there has been no disassembly required. This is a big one for me, as I don't think I could reassemble it myself! He also has done on site work for my family members. Definitely 5 star quality service. You won't be disappointed.

Scott connected to our computers helping us with Carbonite as we are now backed up. He also helped us with an antivirus with precise skill and patience. He is very skilled in both Apple and Microsoft technologies. His manner is calm and gives clear to understand instructions. Very helpful but most importantly had uninterrupted time for us to complete our issues. Gave us way more service than we expected by phone. Thank goodness for internet connections.

I cannot praise this company enough. Scott and the tech support I received yesterday was over the top. David from support was kind and patient with me as well as Scott and the help desk support team. I can not thank them enough for all they did for me. I use my system for teaching and the understanding I received from them is note worthy. This is the only company I will ever use for my system.
