We specialise in Computer and Laptop Hardware and Software Repair, Virus removal, Remote support, System tune up's and have a professional and friendly team with over 30 years experience in the Computer Industry & Support Field. We are very good at explaining problems in plain-English and where possible, advising how best to avoid problems in the future.
Lifetime support* is telephone based and excludes hardware, home callout or virus removal. Where additional time is required for networking or data transfer this is charged at 80 per hour. Software, virus attack, accidental damage, power surge without surge protection, liquid spillage and damage caused by user error are not covered under warranty.

Fantastic service for laptop, wifi connections, printer & everything else! Dave's technical knowledge & abilities to fix all problems are excellent. He has also been great working remotely - as I am a senior citizen at home, I have no idea how to fix things when they go wrong. Many thanks to Dave who has just spent several hours cleaning up and re-organising my home PC. This job turned out to be far more than labour intensive than was originally intended. Communication throughout was excellent, value for money outstanding, including some top tips on essential computer maintenance. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I'd like to give a big shout out to Dave Edwards from the Computers Direct company for helping me to sort out my laptop software issues remotely. My laptop broke just after the 2nd lockdown happened and neither of the IT companies was taking laptops for repair. I've almost lost all of my hopes on getting my laptop repaired before the lockdown finishes when I came across the Computers Direct company.
They couldn't take my laptop either, but Dave after getting to know my laptop's issue provided me with any helpful links related to it and was there to answer any of my questions throughout the whole week, including the weekend. Thanks to his support my laptop was up and running by the end of the week that the issue occurred. Thank you so much!
