Great experience, They were able to help and explain everything I needed to know to get my daughter online school work started. Highly recommend specially now that everyone is doing online schooling They speak human for those of us that aren't computer savvy.

I had problems getting gmail to work properly in Outlook - needed to be able to organize my business e-mails. Greg got it all figured out and it is working beautifully. Super organized and all is right with the world again!

We have used their services several time now and we highly recommend them for IT and computer services. The are experts, professional and reasonable on pricing. I also believe they are locally owned which is also a huge plus.

This company is located in Prescott Valley, AZ at the corner of Robert Rd and Spouse Dr. Both I and my roommate had computer issues - me with virus and not being able to connect to our Wi-Fi, and her with hard drive failure. This company did excellent work on both our computers for an excellent price, about $250 each - and that included the owner (Greg Eddolls) coming to our house to connect my computer to the Wi-Fi.

It is a very small place - just the owner and one other technician - so turnaround may not be the fastest. It took a couple of days each for me and my roommate to get out computers back. However, trust me, the work done for the price cannot be beat.

Very competent and friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable for the service and security they provide. Indeed, the young man, Zion, did a little extra. thanks for the hook up. and explained the work in a normal, easy manner. You guys rock it.

I met Greg Eddolls a few years back when he was referred to me as an excellent source for recycling electronic equipment. When I brought my recyclable items to his home in Prescott Valley, he showed me how he and his wife are recycling energy, water, and growing their own food. I was impressed with his insight into the essential responsibility we all have for maintaining and protecting the ecological balance of our planet. Now, he has expanded his business of computer service and maintenance (TFS) and recycling of electronic equipment (DLG) to a third category: Computer sales, right here in Prescott Valley, Az.

But what was more urgently important to me was the knowledge and efficiency with which he handled my personal crisis. Greg was an eye in the storm of my technological experience. Recently some hackers got into my computer and I really thought my PC was ready for the trash and that I would have to replace it. I called Greg immediately, and after hearing my sad story, he reassured me, with patience and compassion, that he could fix the problem and have my PC back to me within less 48 hours.

He accepted the job on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a family party, and had my computer ready for pick up within 36 hours! He installed a free security program, showed me how to keep my system clear of viruses and malware, and charged less than he had quoted at the outset. I will continue to go to Greg when I am in need of assistance - or a new computer - and I suggest that everyone in the quad city area would feel extremely safe and confident in his service. We've been using Greg at TFS Networks for several years at our small motel in Prescott, Arizona. He has proven to be conscientous, dependable and very knowledgable. We highly reccomend him for everything from computer repair and maintenace to helping to set-up a network.

I am pleased to say that TFS Networks has completed a restore on my ACER laptop after a system crash. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions. Their prices are more than reasonable and their service is great. They have new and refurbished computers for sale at very fair prices. I am recommending them to my neighbors.

Greg helped us out with our new Canon copier getting all the software going and getting the machine to work for us. He also worked out some networking details on our peer-to-peer system. He is outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone needing technical support. He is both personable and capable. A winning combination!

Greg is one of the most awesome computer technicians I have ever had the pleasure in knowing. My first experience was when I had more computer problems than I could possibly figure out and called him in desperation needing help. He arrived the next day at my home office and for the next 3-hours patiently and methodically worked out every snafu and problem.

Best yet, he explained what had happened and how he was fixing it, teaching me in the process. Never once did I feel he was talking down to me with my lack of knowledge. Instead he improved my computer skills and understanding, interacting with me not only as a technician but as teacher. I've used Greg since and each time he has exceeded all expectations.

He's prompt, efficient, knows what he's doing, and his rates are very reasonable. It's now my policy that Greg is the only person I'll use as he is the BEST. I recommend him highly (and I rarely recommend anyone.)

I have known Greg several years now, when I am in need of technical help with my computers I always rely on him to get me going again. Took our Samsung Tablet in to be fixed - we did something really stupid but they were so helpful. Had the tablet overnight and we picked it up the next day - problem solved. They are extremely courteous, helpful and kind. Anytime we have a problem from now on they will be our go to repair place.

Excellent service, quick and friendly. My desktop suddenly refused to load Windows. They quickly diagnosed and corrected a glitch in the boot program. Got me back to work the same afternoon. I was very impressed.
