Critical: Professionalism Called to ask about repairing my laptop. From the beginning of the conversation he was negative, couldn't fix it, etc. I was willing to pay him to try and he refused to even tell me his hourly rate. When I said it sounded like he wasn't interested in helping me, he hung up on me.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to CJ Computer Repair Services of Raleigh, NC for their outstanding services. I was in the Raleigh, NC area visiting family during the 2017 Father's Day weekend, I walked away from my computer and inadvertently forgot to lock it, within a couple of minutes someone at my relative's home decided to do evil by Bit Locking my computer/hard drive.

No one there was honest to tell the truth. I became very frustrated because I had some very important work to do after dinner. I could not get into my computer, however, I used my cell phone to locate a computer service company to assist me. I found CJ Computer Service Company and contacted them explaining the issue I was faced with, and within minutes I received a call from Mr. Flood who was so customer oriented, he promised to call me back, and he did. Mr. Flood located me and worked tirelessly to get me back into my computer.

I am so grateful for his service and expertise. I am very satisfied with the service I received from CJ. My desktop computer full of important data got to be a victim of a virus and I was so terrified. I heard about CJ from a friend and the guys over there got everything back for me, cleared all of viruses and installed anti-virus software. I am so pleased with their great job and if similar cases happens to my computer, CJ will be my first call. Besides, their price is reasonable too. This kid has no customer-relation skills whatsoever. I tried to buy a Dell laptop from him (over text) that he claimed was new but when I asked about a warranty, his response was

"Are you the original owner? - obvious response is no - go to Dell and pay original price - Good luck - We are in charge and far from desperate."

When I called again he wouldn't answer.

If the product was, in fact, new like he claimed, why didn't it come with a warranty (which is computer-specific, not exclusive to original owner) or original box and paperwork. If it isn't new, which it obviously isn't, then it has to be either stolen or refurbished. After doing some research, I found that a lot of the nicer computers for sale were actually stolen and the operating systems as well as the Microsoft suites (Word, Excel etc.) are actually fraudulent putting buyers at risk. I will be reporting this company to local and federal authorities as well as Dell and Microsoft. I would not recommend.

Chris installed my wifi on our new computer. Needless to say he did a great job, not only that, but when he came over to hook up the wifi, my husband and I failed to mention to him that we had also bought a brand new wireless printer and did not know how to hook up. Chris, very patiently, stayed longer to help with the connection of the wireless printer without complaint. Great service with a smile. Contact CJ computers if you want honest work done.
