I charge a flat rate that starts at $45 and that covers up to 90 minutes in your home. After 90 minutes, the charge is an additional $1 per minute. Most of the time, I can resolve the problems within the first 90 minutes.
In-Home service calls cover the following: general operating system errors, email errors, virus/malware removal, wired & wireless network setup, printer installation, new computer setup, Comcast & AT&T setup, general computer tune up, additional parts, equipment, software and labor may be necessary.
