In most of the computer services, you will be charged for just checking what is wrong with you computer. It is free with us.

For more than four years, I've been relying on Rob and Pete's expertise. Pete possesses extensive knowledge in PCs, operating systems, and networking. I have been calling on Rob and Pete for many years. Many times I have feel that he has been a LifeSaver. Since I am not very computer savvy, I depend on his knowledge and experience. When he needs to come to my office, he is always on time. I would recommend him to anyone who wants reliable, professional service. I really like his TeamViewer through which he can help me off site. He is also a very pleasant young man.

I needed to get my laptop repaired since it kept crashing every few minutes. The owner of the shop was very responsive and got back to me in a few minutes to provide a reasonable quote and also recommended other things I can do to avoid having this problem. I called them multiple times to discuss the issue but the owner was very patient and professional.
I would say he's the most knowledgeable person and very genuine. The quote was very reasonable to get the battery replaced. I returned next month to get my husband's phone screen changed and again the owners were very happy to help. I recommend them 100%.

I have been using Rob and Pete's for over 4 years. Pete has a solid knowledge of the pc, operating system and networking. He is specifically knowledgeable on viruses and operating systems. I have never hand the a reason to question any of the work he has done for me and I always felt like I was a valued customer.

These guys were great. My son and I were building my son's PC and we could not find the screws to the motherboard. They let us come right by and found some spare screws for us and then installed them for us. Extremely helpful and very nice guys. They also did all of this for no charge. I offered to pay but they wouldn't accept it. Will definitely use them for any issues that come up in the future because this type of helpful and professional organization is hard to find.

I got my iphone 8 screen broken 1 year ago. Because it was convenient (I lived nearby) I took it to Rob & Peter. Peter took care of it and the price was on point. Even now I'm leaving in Hoboken, Peter has become my #1 computer / phone care service. Sometimes he can even solve my problems on the phone. I highly recommend!

Horrible place to do business. I had a problem getting in a site on a brand NEW lap top and this guy that works here scratched it My lab top deep. When I confronted him he acted like he didn't do it, meanwhile I took a picture of it before I went there. This guy had me wait outside in the rain And was talking on the phone with another angry customer. I should have left and never trusted this man with my lab top. Too many red flags

My Macbook Pro was crashing and all kinds of crazy pop-ups it was a huge mess. I was referred by a friend to Rob and Pete. They were amazing. Fixed everything on a long Saturday afternoon. They are so ernest and really enjoy their professional. Extremely knowledgable, professional and nice people too! I highly recommend this business if your tech goes wack.

Rob & Pete's computers are not trustworthy. They installed a SSD hard drive to my laptop that was working fine.after installation my laptop froze intermittently. I brought the computer back several times. He didn't replace the SSD. After 30 days, I went somewhere else and bought another SSD. During installation, he also lost data that was not replaced.

This is the best place to go at the Jersey Shore for getting any tech related issues fixed. I've been here multiple times to get my phones, tablets and laptops fixed. I've even had friends go there and get their TVs and other electronics fixed or buy new products. They seem to have skills in every area of electronics, not just computers which is really great.
One of the best parts about this place is how honest the employees are. When certain repairs just aren't worth it, they've let me know and given advice about cheaper and better options that would benefit me instead of just benefiting them. That's hard to find these days!

Service was excellent, friendly and quick. I have a Dell that wouldn't startup. I took it in and the owner (Pete) was awesome. In a couple of days, he brought my computer back to life. He even charged me less than what was quoted since he had the part on hand and didn't need to order it. Will definitely be back if I need anything else fixed!

My girlfriend's iPhone broke after she dropped it one too many times and everywhere I called to get it fixed was either too expensive or claimed to be unable to fix it. We came here to Rob and Pete's and were able to get it fixed, no questions asked, and at a better rate then everyone else offered! Really helpful and friendly service!

They destroyed my data! I was getting virus-type popups which they diagnosed as adware. Pete recommended cleaning out the entire computer and we agreed they would save the data. They saved one user (me) and did not save the other user (my partner) even though I showed them we had two users. He lost all his photos and music. To make it even worse we had had a fire a few years ago so we have no way to recreate this stuff. They were very apologetic and did not charge me but sorry doesn't do it if you claim to be a professional.
