Paul Mistretta, who is the owner of Islandwide Technology Computer Repair Services, did absolutely fantastic work at our house recently. We had number of technology issues, especially with a brand new and expensive printer, which was really frustrating. We also had issues with our cell phones performance and the phones connectivity to our computers - both work and personal. Paul took each component one at a time and worked his way through.
He explained to my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing to resolve. That included 3 cell phones, 2 computers and the new and expensive printer. Paul's explanations were excellent and even I could understand what he said - now that's an accomplishment! Paul arrived just as scheduled. Paul was pleasant and polite. Paul explained what happed and what he did to resolve. Paul stayed while my wife and I worked through all of our technology components to make sure everything was okay, . Paul was - just as I said at the beginning of this review - absolutely fantastic. So, if you ever have business or home technology issues, then please call Paul at Islandwide Technology. This company is a wonderful find, for anyone with minor to major technology needs. I simply made a call to them about a problem and they were more than willing to assess my problem over the phone and show up promptly 2 hours later. They were reliable, reasonable in price and professional! I am confident, that I will have to spend countless hours, trying to navigate any issues that I might have with my computer!
