Went here with a custom pc build when I burnt out my Mobo a while ago. Replaced the Mobo and a couple other things and I couldn't get it to post. Took it here and had to wait longer than I was told (2 weeks) for what I believe wasn't even a real diagnostic but just an eyeball at what could be wrong with my machine. I was told my Mobo was bad because there was a "spot" on it even though it was brand new. $70 charge for this quality service and a two week wait with no updates anytime I would call.

After replacing my Mobo yet again it didn't work, big surprise. I ended up figuring out it was my ram/PSU from a helpful employee at micro center for FREE before purchasing parts. Wish I could get my money back

Went in to have my laptop checked out (screen wasn't functioning properly). He ended up trying to fix it on the spot, gave me a run down of what was going on, and then gave me options. Did NOT try to get me to buy the most expensive repair from the start, but rather wanted to start from the cheapest option available and work our way up if time allowed trial and error. Ended up not fixing laptop due to it becoming more expensive to fix in total repairs than getting a new laptop.

Guy was still very nice and did not charge me at all. He gave me laptop recommendations and mentioned he backs up data and moves it all to a new laptop for a small fee if I was interested. I would 100% go back. Runs a great service and is looking to help, not take your money.

This is definitely the best laptop repairing service I have ever used. My laptop experienced a WIFI driver issue. The technician helped me fixed it in 5 mins without any charge. They are really patient and responsive. Strongly recommended here if you are looking for a quick and expertized repair service!

These guys are awesome. We've been bringing our computers here for years and have always had a great experience. Fast turnaround, reasonable cost. I just brought my laptop there the other day for a problem with my keyboard. One of the guys took one look at it and did some magic. In seconds it was fixed. No charge!

Sorin at Chicago ComputerLand was very helpful and informative with my issue concerning my laptop. It was quick and valuable servicing. Also, he is very knowledgeable with computer technology. Highly recommend because of the service and the adequate pricing.

I got a referral from another vendor and I can't be happier. He was able to come by yesterday on very short notice and spent 2 hours running tests on my computer at my office. When the problem happened again (computer shutting down unexpectedly), he told me to bring it by for his team to run tests on it. After speaking with him today (the following day), he noted that the computer was running well and that it could be a possible power supply issue on my end.

He did not charge me for the additional tests his company ran today (when I called, they already spent 2.5 hours running tests with no issues). I would highly recommend them for their quick service, and expertise in investigating this.

Very helpful, can basically do any computer and are in a great location for lincoln park. The two guys who work there are also very friendly , definitely worth going here over other places!
