My experience was the same as Steve Pinny's review. "the owner was incredibly discourteous and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!" Corbet, owner of this business was very rude and unprofessional to me today over the phone on a very important issue we are having as a result of his work on our company server a few years back. Funny how this business doesn't have a Facebook page where you can leave a review. Google is the only option to do a review for this business. This business is not easy to find on the internet as well. Think about that for a minute.

Awesome company and first-class support! Our company servers crashed last week, and we really needed help. Called Tekease and even though we did not have a support agreement with them the engineer I spoke to was super helpful and got us back up and running in no time at all. I would highly recommend Tekease to any business. We now have a very competitively priced support contract with them, and I no longer have to worry about our computers! Well done everyone at Tekease. This is what support is supposed to be!
