These techs at New York Computer Help did an unbelievable job in recovering and fixing my hard drive. My Lacie hard drive which I loved because of the cool orange bumper design went bonkers over the holidays and all my pictures from all of my travels were saved there. I just could not let go of them as they were very memorable for me and my family.
I looked around and waited until the holiday rush passed and found New York Computer Help which was reasonably close to my house. I talked to the tech person and they walked me through the whole process which included the time and price quote. It took quite a while to be honest but I guess the wait was worth it. They recovered everything and transferred all the photos and videos to a new hard drive. Thank you so much, guys! I will be using them again for sure!

I can not say enough. I am psychiatrist and during pandemic my desktop computer is everything for me. It broke during my move to new place. In New York Computer Help I met courteous, caring and very professional people. Repair (which required ordering new part) was done quickly, with consistent communication through my account and for very reasonable price. I got my computer repaired here and all I can say is they are great! I used the speedy check-in not really knowing what to expect, but once I arrived I simply told them I had completed the speedy check-in, they asked my name, verified my phone number and issues, and just like that I was done. Took one minute! They called me about 3 hours later with my quote.
I approved as the price was great, (hard drive replaced and data transferred for less than $200) and it was ready for me an hour later. That's just great. They really do create a great computer repair experience. I'm an Apple guy and this place took care of my Macbook just as well but faster than when I had to take it in for Apple care which has since then expired. I will only be dealing with these guys from now on.

These guys are gifted workers. The prices are very fair and competitive especially compared to other companies. Never had an issue with anything I needed to be done they where able to adjust and complete while being courteous. HIGHLY recommend this place. I have come here a few times with various issues with my laptops. I always feel like the staff are straight with me, offer reasonable solutions, and reasonable prices for repairs. This most recent trip, the proposed fix they initially thought might work.wasnt the fix but that it would be something else. In the end, I decided it was more cost effective to just start over and buy a new laptop and since their services were all diagnostic, there was no charge. I really appreciated the honesty. They may not have made any money off me this last trip but I will absolutely be coming back for any future computer issue I may have.

I came in to get my custom PC fixed after having issues displaying all of a sudden. Came in at 11:30AM, they were able to find a diagnosis 25 minutes after I gave it to them, and it was fixed at 1:18PM the same day. They were even able to give me a test run I requested before I could take it home. Highly recommend this place, even for the travelling I had to do to get there!

These guys built my dream PC for me. I brought them the parts that I had purchased and pieced together myself, and they put it all together. It was by no means an easy build, as there were some complications with the ARGB throughout the interior. However, the entire team at New York Computer Help were very professional, and waisted no time delivering a finished build that functions as expected! It's a BEAST! And it looks amazing! I am very happy with the service and the outcome.

I wish I could give New York Computer Help 10 stars!!!! They were fantastic! Fair! Effective! Friendly!And most of all HONEST!!! I made a appointment online this morning for a free diagnostic, I walked in at 10:26, they took my computer 30 seconds later. I waited 10 minutes for the estimate(needed a new hard drive) the price was VERY FAIR. My laptop was ready in ONE hour.
What I have to mention, is that yesterday I went to LaptopMD, such a rip-off, they were going to charge me $125.00 more and I would have been without my laptop for several days because the technician said he would have to "order" the part. Not nice!!! Please whatever your technical issues are go to NEW YORK COMPUTER HELP first .
