Had trouble with my monitor reading my graphics card after a move, and none of the normal Googled fixes were doing anything. Took it to Computer ER, and had my fluke issue (which turned out to be a short involving a stripped wire and a poorly-screwed in motherboard) diagnosed and fixed in record time and with impeccable professionalism. This is absolutely the local business to support if you have any computer issues; they are more fair, faster, and a better deal than any Best Buy or similar chain.

When I had problems with my computer getting very, very slow, he checked it out for me, found the problem, deleted the programs that were causing the issues, fixed it, and installed better protections at the same time, for a very reasonable price, and did it all the same day! I could not be happier. This is a terrific small business!

My work computer was in its last leg but I was postponing getting a new one because its so stressful to transfer everything. George was very helpful transferring all my business software licenses and data to my a computer. I was up and running in a few hours! I only had to reinstall my printer. Thank you!

I actually called Computer ER accidentally thinking it was a local store but it turned out to be 45 minutes away. George ask me what was the problem and he told me that he would be able to fix that remotely. He guided me to install a remote support program and a little over an hour later the computer was fixed and I didn't even had to leave my chair!

He showed me how I can disconnect him immediately if I didn't feel comfortable during the process and he was explaining what is happening the whole time. Thank you for staying after closing time.

I recently took my brothers custom pc in to George. Not being very tech savy myself. I asked George to help me fix the old PC. The main issue was thast it wasn't turning on, and I needed him to run diagnostics and fix it. George addressed the issue and gave me several options on how to fix. Unfortunately, after receiving the PC not everything was completed. Yes, he fixed the overall issue, and it was able to turn on. However, not all my fans were fixed (Just didn't plug them in).

A small issue that i suppose that was never talked about but if your paying for the PC to be fixed, you'd expect it to be done all the way. George is a extremely knowledgeable guy, but sometimes there is a disconnect when talking to him because of his knowledge. He's a very willing guy, and I'm sure if I had discussed the fans with him, he'd had fixed them but unfortunately when I ask for something to be fixed, you'd think that would go without saying. Either way, 4 stars! Wish it could be 5.

I can't remember the last time I received such good customer service. George actually said he wanted me to be happy with his repairs! He is the best. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of professional, accurate, friendly computer repair service. I am sooo happy with my computer now.

The service here was amazing. A few weeks ago I took my laptop that survived a house fire a week earlier to best buy geek squad. After telling them my laptop restarted but wouldn't cut back on after and that I thought it could be fixed. Not only did they not take a decent look they didn't even attempt to cut it on let alone try another charger because of some damage to the exterior deeming it a dud saying you may as well get a new one.

I then brought my laptop here the following week and this man not only took a look at my laptop he looked up one similar to try to save my data, although the alternate didn't pan out he continued try every option to get it to work to save my data. Turns out the new charger that came with the alternate laptop worked for mines and it rebooted perfectly fine. I highly recommend this business to anyone! I am truly grateful for your service THANK YOU!

This is by far the best computer shop I have ever visited. George will have your computer diagnosed, fixed and ready to go in a timely manner and at a very affordable rate. I used his services three times now and each time I am more impressed. I can honestly say this is a hidden gem of a business ran by someone passionate about their work.
