My only criticism is that it's really hard to get ahold of you - either by phone or just dropping by. I know you are short-staffed. Maybe update your new hours on google.

Very helpful. I pulled up right as the lights were turning off and they turned them back on and let me come in and took the time to help me order parts.

I've been a customer for many years. Always excellent service. Beyond in-house service they've been patient on the phone in helping me solve a few problems of my own creation, which saved me cost and hassle.

Take my word for this. I trusted these people, spent more than a thousand dollars with them on repairs and upgrades only to be back at there service desk explaining to them how to do their job. They left out software on my Imac needed to run the fans to cool the CPU and graphics card, which they had just replaced, causing them both to burn up, before I could buy a new program online to get the fans running again.

If you love to throw $ at people who do not care about you or your equipment to be thorough enough to test all of your components, and confirm that it is right before you pick them up, take them to PC plus. Their labor and parts prices are way over the top as well. I even bought a used computer from them that did not last a year. I have nothing to show for the money spent and time driving 75 miles one way multiple times. There are a lot of shops in I.F. full of great COMPU TECH'S. PC Plus has one. The counter guy at PC PLUS knows nothing by his own admission. Don't waste your time and money!

This place is remarkable. I've visited twice for help and advice, and both times I've gotten exactly what I need. These guys are smart and very accurate in their assessments. I highly recommend PC Plus. David was the associate I worked with both times, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly.

For almost 20 years, we have purchased many computers and associated hardware and software. Their accurate recommendations, well built products and knowledgeable service have been continually excellent.

PC Plus did an outstanding job setting up my computer. Perry (serviceman) was prompt and very efficient. I highly recommend them.

I took a brand new computer to this place. I asked them to transfer over my data from my computer. What I got was a new computer filled with viruses! They said they were going to charge me $60 for the transfer fee, which I paid upfront. When they called me to come I pick it up the man said it would be an additional $30. I questioned him as to why, he said "if you hurry over, and pick up your computer right now while the boss is gone I won't charge you the additional money." I was shopping for Christmas for my children and so I asked the clerk to keep my stuff and I ran over to Computer Plus.

I got my computer and I asked the man working there why he was going to charge me an additional $30? He said you know how about those are sometimes they charge extra money for their work. I told him I own a business and that is not how I work. He said well sometimes he will run diagnostics on a computer just because he has extra time and then he charges the customer for it!

I was shocked. I left of my computer after I got home I realized that they did not return my cord that goes to it so I still need to go back and pick that up. After I got home and try to use my computer it is filled with viruses so many that I can't even get on to the Internet. This is a brand new $700 sure! I am going to call them Monday when they're open to see what we can do about all of this. I would never ever recommend computers plus and once I get my computer fixed I will never use them again. I do not recommend them to anyone who cares about their equipment.

I can not imagine how Chris is building 200 dollar computers brand new for everyone. The Windows costs around 150. Maybe magic I don't know. I have had PC Plus build several computers and I can tell you $600.00 is a modest build. Now keep in mind all the parts are brand new, motherboard, ram, harddrive, case, power supply, operating system. They do not even charge labor to move over documents and folders, set up email and favorites.

I have had these so-called "family" tech people work on my stuff before and what I have learned is just because you own an iphone does not make you educated on computers. Lesson learned I guess. I hope your "client" is satisfied with the work you have provided. It is always best to be informed of what things actually cost and do then be so responsive to " I almost choked at the 600$ cost" I can only assume because the price was so low.

And when you review something please tell us comprehensively what it was. Was it an amd board you did not like, 6 year old processor, small harddrive, weird looking case. Please define what you determine to be a "piece of crap" hardware. Unless you are a "wow that motherboard looks really small you must have overpaid for it" type of guy.

Wonderful customer service! They can remove virus's without losing all of your personal data something nobody locally will offer. They built a custom computer for me that has worked longer and more efficient than any Dell or HP. PC PLUS is the perfect place for all your computer needs from networking to virus's they can do it all.
