Over price on installing the OS doesn't come with a license for windows 10. Didn't really clean the parts out that well and I been having problems with the cpu

They kept me informed throughout the whole process updating me on the price and work being done to my laptop. They also fully explained the problem to me and their capabilities. I appreciate them doing what Best Buy couldn't.

Excellent experience with them yet again. Was able to fix my issue and increase my laptop speed as well. Highly recommend Computer Jocks!

My personal experience with computer jocks was AHHHMAZING! I am an author and was working on a deadline in order to publish and out of nowhere.boom.a virus! I walked into Computer Jocks and encountered Rich the owner. I told him why I was there and he initially told me that he was all booked and he explained why.keep in mind this was late Thursday afternoon going into the evening a little before closing and yes there were signs that were posted advising that the business would be closed starting the next day.

After explaining further details, Rich decided he would squeeze me in and not only last minute but would have my laptop ready for pickup by Friday (the next day). I was super excited, he made it possible to meet my very important deadline. To mention, it was clearly my problem not his however he never once acted that way and did his best by squeezing me in!

Not to mention he was going on vacation for the first time in 15 years(Wow) after a year that we've had, a vacation is well deserved! Rich thank you for squeezing me in at the very very last minute and making it possible to meet my deadline, being very professional, reasonably priced and even giving me guidance and recommendations to keep my laptop safe and functioning properly!

Great service. The computer jocks did an excellent job of rebuilding a computer that I had not used in years and made it a lot faster, put virus protection on it and put a new windows system on it. Their prices are very reasonable. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone with computer issues.

My lap top computer refused to respond to any request of the task bar icons. I had a zoom presentation to make in the morning. I brought the machine to Computer Jocks in mid afternoon. The owner took the machine right away and fixed it that and evening ahead of everyone else and had it fixed that evening. I was impressed with his work on it and his professionalism.

I will use him again when I have other problems or upgrades I might need to make. My problem was with software issues that he resolved. The computer now works well. I made the presentation on time and in good order. Thanks for the good work.

This is run by an individual with a genuine hard work ethic. The prices are fair. You will get fast turn around on builds if you plan ahead by scheduling your drop off. Don't collect your parts then call expecting a build the same day. Time your drop off best by planning it during your parts collection.

I have a custom build that I had been having pretty major issues with. When I dropped it off to them I couldn't really provide any info as to what was causing the problem, but they figured it out in a few days (I told them no rush) and I pick my order up. Unfortunately, there was still some pretty prevalent issues, but when I took it back, they had it fixed in a few hours and I've been running smooth ever since.

I was a little skeptical before going, but I'm both impressed and very happy with the work and speed of these guys and would recommend this place no matter what issue you have.

I had a Toshiba laptop fixed and we bought a Lenovo PC tower while we were there. The price of the Lenovo was very competitive, great deal. The laptop repair took a couple weeks but the rep was very communicative through the entire process. I've used other computer repair places in the area and this is the best service and work I've received. Will absolutely use again.

I received great help and service from Computer Jocks. My 3-year old HP computer suddenly dropped dead. Took it in and they quickly identified the problem (fried motherboard). They expedited the acquisition and installation of a new motherboard. The computer now works as good as new. As I rely on my laptop for business travel, this makes me a happy camper.

The repair was made in a way so that I did not need to re-install any software. They kept me informed and in the loop during the entire repair process. I will definitely return should I encounter any hardware problems in the future.

I'm sorry but after my last dealings with them, I had to remove a star. I recently called the store because my 6 year old Toshiba laptop's battery charging port finally died. I hadn't dealt with Computer Jocks in a few years and it seems like the owner Rich hired someone new; at least to me, named Nathan I think. So I dropped off my laptop, making sure to take the hard drive with me.

Also I asked, while he had my laptop apart to fix the charging port, if my keyboard could be looked at because my CTRL button wouldn't stay in place. I feel like they over charge to pay for their place of business and the wait times are rather annoying. I found a guy, DJM Computers who works out of his home, and for decades knows about computers. He charges a fair price and communication is way better than Computer Jocks. I won't be back.

Just had a phone call with this business, and they were totally uncooperative and unhelpful. I have an older iMac I am rebuilding and I was hoping for -- and willing to pay for -- some knowledgeable guidance and perhaps a part or two. Instead, the person I spoke to refused to give any information, claiming that "if we told people how to repair their own computers, we would be out of business." (Really? Is repairing computers so easy that if your secrets got out no one would pay for your services anymore because they'd all be doing it themselves?) Furthermore, he would not even attempt to look up a price for a very specific part for my machine.

He just kept repeating "you have to bring it in and pay the diagnostic fee." He also insinuated that I didn't know what I was talking about -- when I said I was hoping for some answers to specific questions, he replied "customers' specific questions are always more general than they realize." If you just want to drop off your computer and pay them what they ask, maybe this is your place.

It seems that their business model is to charge customers a standard price ($65 diagnostic fee and $90 per hour plus parts) and keep them in the dark about what is actually going on. I like to be a little more involved with my computers than that, and I was treated completely disrespectfully, and condescended to. I won't be bringing the computer jocks any of my business.

I brought a five year old laptop there and asked if it was worth getting cleaned and tuned up due to being five years old. I really felt for five years old it was not worth it all and instead of spending $150 for this just put it towards a new, standard laptop for about $450. Computer Jocks insisted it was worth it. They are the experts so I listened.

So they cleaned it up in August and yesterday I just bought a new one for $450. My daughter was using it for school and it was horribly slow, crashing, etc. I knew I should of just put the $150 towards the new one but I listened to the experts

Several years ago, the CJ guys repaired and upgraded my old Windows XP computer, enabling me to use it until there were new Windows 7 computers. For my first five years with a Windows 7 desktop computer, I was able to solve my own problems. Recently I found myself with both a hardware problem, and accumulated viruses. In short order, the guys got my computer working well again. My this-computer-only software licenses are good a while longer. I may not be able to call Ghost Busters, but I can call Computer Jocks!

I'm into small businesses when it comes to repairs. Found Computer Jocks on yelp. I cracked my screen and display so o took it in on a Saturday, got it back on Tuesday which was only 3 days later. Excellent timing. Will recommend to anyone.

These guys fixed me up fast had my computer back latter the same day.

Fixed my computer after another Big store told me it was not fixable and tried to sell me a 900 dollar replacement.
