This place is great. They fixed my computer better than the Apple store could. I had a wonderful experience with Double Click computers and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks very much! - Jeremiah W. BEST place to buy anything MAC! They know everything, and they are always there to help you. I came here because I was having an issue with my Apple Watch that I had less than a week (I bought it from my wireless provider). I spoke to someone at Apple (which takes forever, as I'm sure you know if you ever have to do that) and they gave me the option to bring the watch to Double Click or the Apple store in the mall. I chose Double Click because it was closer to my house and they had more appointments available.
The person I worked with was honest with me and told me that if it was determined that my watch had to go back to Apple, they would have to send it out and wait for Apple to send my replacement because they don't stock them like the Apple store does. I went with them anyway because I didn't feel like driving to the mall and dealing with the crowded store.
I could deal with a few days without my watch (I had it less than a week, I wasn't THAT attached yet!) My experience with them overall was great. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and just a much less stressful experience than the Apple store where I feel like they are trying to rush you in and out because it is always so busy. Because they are authorized with Apple, I learned that I can just make an appointment with them going forward if I have an issue with my Apple products rather than dealing with Apple directly.
I can't say enough how much less stressful it was dealing with them. Plus, they have an actual phone number without a million prompts so you can talk to a human right away. Who does that anymore?! Love it. Bonus: they are dog friendly and have two adorable Westies that greet you when you come in. Westies are a pretty low allergen breed and they are so well behaved and don't jump on you or anything if you're not a dog person (I am a HUGE dog person, so I was LOVING it!).
I didn't want to leave after my appointment because they were so adorable! Tl;dr: save yourself the headache of dealing with Apple support or going to the Apple store and check them out next time you're having issues with your Apple products.

I brought my 2017 MacBook Pro in to be diagnosed and was extremely satisfied with how well Tim helped me! He did an excellent job diagnosing the issue, explaining to me what was happening with my Mac, and giving me next step options. Would highly recommend Double Click and especially Tim when servicing an Apple product.

Double Click was able to recover the data from my iMac after the Apple Store was unable to do so and referred me to this location. Very professional and fast turn around. Pricing was very fair and all processes were explained in plain english not tech jargon. Along with great service (out of warranty and AppleCare repairs) they sell new Mac products same price as Apple! I would not hesitate to return for service or to purchase a new Mac, much better experience than the Apple Store.

Worst services I've ever experienced from a computer store. Dropped off my computer for a simple tune up on Monday morning and was told it would be 1-2 business days (Wednesday). Called on Thursday and they told me it was FORGOTTEN and no one had looked at it so it wouldn't be done until Friday. I received NO phone call about this. The owner/manager of the store, Michael, was very very rude to me on the phone.
When I asked for him to make this discrepancy right he implied I was being unreasonable. I will never have my computer serviced here again. Awful awful management. I am a physician at a local hospital and will be sure to inform all my colleagues of the terrible service I received here. Do yourself a favor and just go to Best Buy. It's worth the extra expense not to deal with this headache. Trust me.

These guys are great for any Mac repairs! A few years ago, they were able to repair my computer that had coffee spilled on it. I didn't even lose anything! And today, I walked in because my wifi decided to just disappear. They had it up in running in about ten minutes. They were able to tell me it wasn't a hardware issue and we discovered it was a rather quick fix (booting it up in safe mode fixed the problem.) Love them!

This company is incredible! I called Apple because I had the blinking question mark folder on my 2012 MacBook Pro and they diagnosed it as a bad hard drive and a $500 repair cost. They told me I could give these guys a call and see what they want to do. So I contacted them, dropped the computer off, and the guy tells me the 2012 model is known for a bad hard drive wire.
Which is a $30 part that they have in stock. I dropped it off Wednesday and it was fixed later that same day! An unnecessary $500 repair became a simple and easy fix by a great company! Can't recommend them enough!

After a frustrating and fruitless visit to the Lehigh Valley Apple Store I looked for another option. Double Click Computers offered a refreshingly expeditious and precise repair option after the Apple Store failed to produce a solution. They were able to recover my data and correct the issue with my MacBook for a fraction of both the time and cost Apple had quoted. I will confidently recommend Double Click in the future!

I was tended to immediately and the guy there was super nice. I had a known hardware issue that they were able to resolve pretty quickly. Even though my repair was free, they were upfront about their costs. There were no surprises. Not only did they replace the faulty hardware in my mac, but they also ran through my HD to make sure I wouldn't encounter future issues. Glad I went here.

This place is amazing. I hate the apple store, but the personalized service here is awesome. I work from home, and remote anywhere, so when my MacBook was terribly infected with Malware, I needed it resolved and FAST. Double Click did just that, we dropped it off intending to get the $79 tune up, and should be done by the end of the day. To my surprise it was ready in an hour, and they managed to remove the malware without having to tune up the machine, which was only $26.50 and saved my company $52.50! It was a nice feeling to get treated right and save money, compared to Apple where it seems they want to just make as much money off of you as possible!
