I took my old phone and to computer barn to retrieve all my photos. I ended up purchasing a new laptop. Joe was outstanding in helping me get everything set up. I also purchased their antivirus. So pleased to have them close if I have any difficulties in the future. They can assist remotely if needed. Thank you Joe and Miles for all your help. Kathleen Crucitti.

After accidently spilling my coffee into my computer (!) I brought to to Computer Barn, which quickly told me it would cost several hundred dollars to find out if it would work, and it likely wouldn't. They coincidently had the exact same computer, used, for sale. Overpriced at almost $800, they set it up for me (more $) and I left with a 5-year old computer with a one month guarantee.
They weren't going to give me anything for mine; when I mentioned it was worth something I think they credited me around $30, and tried to include (and charge me for) a power cord I didn't need. In month 2 of ownership this computer began having problems, and is on its last legs four months later. For another $300 I could have had a new computer, but they knew they had me over a barrel. Would like to support this place, but don't trust them.

I recently bought a new computer that I was told came with Microsoft Word, but as it turns out, it was simply a trial. I was not told this. For if i were told this, I wouldn't have paid such a high price! I figured I was paying for Word as well. tried to return it, but they told me that there's a fee for cleaning the computer (because I ran the start-up process). They wanted nearly 20% of what I paid for it. I am never going back! I've been a loyal customer for 12 YEARS! But no more.

I have always tried to support my local computer store as an avid and active gamer and computer repair tech. I've had mixed experiences here. Customer service is a 50/50. I have been belittled or received a fairly harsh and annoyed tone more than a few times when I stop in looking for a spare part or have a question about ram or something( I get it your annoyed but obviously I don't know and I'm asking you.
I have bought a gt 1030 graphics card, a MacBook Air, 3 screens. A mouse, and most cables(power cables). There gaming PC's displayed are outdated and overpriced. But it's a tough market. I would rate 5 out of 5 if I hadn't received attitude at points. I'm a spender. Also I don't look business casual all the time, I've felt I was being watched because of a potential theft. It left me feeling pretty weird.
