I went to Computer Corner when my laptop suddenly got locked by a virus/scam Microsoft program. I'm a professor, so I need to be on my laptop very often in order to view grades and dissertations from my students abroad in Pakistan. Everywhere else was busy or giving me appointments around evening time, which was hours from when the issue started, and a major inconvenience.

But the computer tech at Computer Corner was able to solve my issue immediately and was quite helpful and courteous. If I ever have any issues with my laptop, I will only utilize their service in the future! Thank you, people at Computer Corner!

This is a great resource for several reasons. They provide in home service, are prompt, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with about service needs. They are reasonably priced and provide an invoice which precisely explains what was done. I had prepared a list for the technician which seemed to expedite service provision. Am very satisfied with my experience. The store is located at 1010 N. Main Street Oshkosh.

This is the worst computer experience possible. They will not own up to their word and they overcharge with insane prices for the very little work they do. I have a friend who has taken his computer in four different times. Each experience was worse than the previous. The most recent have them charging an arm and a leg before even bothering to look at the computer!

When there are more problems, they charge additional prices! Apparently my friend paid extra for getting to the front of the line so he could get his computer fixed within a 24 hour period. This did not happen. He waited for his computer for more than 72 hours only to find his computer was completely messed up. This is a warning. Do not go to this place unless you want to fall into the trap of expensive prices and terrible service. They do not provide. They only take! Your wallet, and your time!
