I didn't visit them but I'm giving it one star because the woman that answered didnt seem to know anything so I couldn't trust them with my device. Due to the response to my review yes I did review several places recently as I was on vacation and they all populated for me to review. However this is the only one star I gave. The others were fives. I'm not in the system because like i stated i called got a woman who seemed inexperienced and clueless so i didn't follow through by going there.

Your response shows that your customer service is lacking. Instead of trying to fix the issue you tried to make it seem like I lied. Oh and here is proof where I called March 3rd and also called to speak to you today after you posted the response.

This place is awful the lady is rude. Took laptop in to get enteral battery price and price to install. The lady didn't even give me battery price she said it's $165 for us to put battery in! Are you kidding me FCI on 80 I purchased new battery and got it installed for $92.00 do t wast your money here if you do they'll rob you!

I have been doing business with the staff at Longview Computer Center for several years. Each person i have dealt with has been outstanding in every aspect! They are reasonably priced and can resolve any computer issue, Hardware or Software related.

Great folks, who took the time to research a laptop for me. Not only that, when I couldn't get all the data off my old laptop because of technical difficulties, they were able to for me. Not to mention. a number of times of free advice, and free help. they are simply wonderful to work with. Worth every penny.

This place is great. The computer guru at my work worked on my laptop for over an hour and couldn't get it working right. I took it to Longview Computer Center and they had me on track in less than 10 min. Great place, great people who know their stuff.

Really helpful with upgrading my old PC, instead of trying to soak me for labor and parts they gave me a cheaper solution and have always been extremely helpful. Highly recommended, it's the only place I'll go for PC repairs and questions.

Came it right at closing and they were very nice, didn't push me out. Needed a power cord and I don't think they had one, but they pulled one off a power source and gave me a great deal. Very nice creepy, don't know what that guy was smoking. /\ Very glad to be close to such a great co.outer parts store.

Longview Computer Center is my go to place for computer parts and accessories. I have purchased a computer monitor, keyboards, and various other components from them. They even have those hard to find parts you may not be able to get anywhere else in town. If they don't have what you're looking for they can special order it and get it in pretty quickly.

When I stopped in recently there was a man who owned a computer repair business that needed a particular kind of RAM for a computer he was working on. They didn't have it in stock but they were able to special order it for him and get it there NEXT DAY. And did I mention when he stopped in to order it that it was after 3 PM? That's unheard of in the shipping industry especially for the price he paid for the RAM. I also hear they are excellent and quick at fixing computers. If you're looking for exceptional customer service Longview Computer Center is your go-to-place!
