We had them diagnose and then repair a gaming PC. While it took a bit longer than anticipated, they communicated with us to let us know why and how much longer. The reason for the five star review is that they fixed the problem, honored their estimate and were LITERALLY 50% cheaper than their competition.

Used to love this place. Took my new laptop to them to get it ready for me to use. Asked them to do only two things: 1) move files from old computer and 2) make sure my current printer will work with the new one. They told me that they had moved as many files as possible and they had set up my printer. Returned home. I had no reason to do any printing for almost two months.

The printer would not work at all. "Ok" call them and they will fix it. NO, it had been too long and they would charge me again just to look at a problem they never fixed. Cheaper to buy a new printer. NO LONGER Recommending them to anyone. Saying they do not honor the work they claim to do.

I am blown away by the way the owner went out of his way to personally assist me and give me insight on what I needed to start my own small business. I am clueless with anything related to computers. I told him what I was wanting to do on a laptop. He immediately had a solution and found me the right laptop for my startup. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into a larger or more expensive computer than what I needed.

His in office staff was very personable and welcoming. They even answered some last minute questions I had, and didn't hesitate to help me out. I will definitely continue my business here! As well as tell everyone I know the awesome experience I had with this company.

What a great experience. Our laptop died and wasn't worth fixing. They had every opportunity to squeeze a lot more money out of us. but, instead, they showed what is too often lacking in business: integrity. No nickel and diming us to death. Just great, comprehensive service. Courteous, helpful, and always willing to answer questions.

On Tuesday, 1/17/17, after running a number of diagnostics on my wife's MacBook, I concluded that the hard drive was shot. It wasn't the end of the world since we're meticulous about backing up our data. Nonetheless, I needed to have the hard drive replaced. I was going to take it to the Apple Store, but the reviews I read about their charges encouraged me to find another option. Unfortunately, in the Lancaster, PA area there aren't a whole lot of options for Mac computer repairs. Then, I remembered that one of my sons took his iMac to have a hard drive replaced at Pham Computers and was entirely satisfied. So, I contacted them and they said yes they would replace the hard drive in my MacBook even though they're primarily a PC shop. So, I stopped by on Wednesday to drop of the laptop and spoke to Zach who was very helpful.

Much to my pleasant surprise, I was contacted later that day and they told me that the drive was replaced and as (gratis) bonus they would image the data on my old hard drive and copy it to the new drive potentially saving me some time in doing a TimeMachine restore. I received a call the following day to say they were successful in saving all of my data and that the computer was ready for pick up -- WOW, A 24 HR. TURNAROUND! My wife went there to pay later that day and was astonished at how inexpensive the repair was. I was too. What a great tip to take it there. Thanks Pham Computers!

I wanna give a huge shout out to Pham Computers. I have an external hard drive that has every single picture I've ever taken of my kids saved on it. I plugged it in the other day and NOTHING was showing up on it. After a near panic attack, they were able to recover all of my photos and fix the hard drive. I am grateful beyond words!

I found the prices to be BEYOND reasonable. I needed things taken from a drive of my computer when the computer was already disassembled and they were able to take the old material and add it to my laptop! How divine indeed! The staff was knowledgeable and patient regarding questions from a novice. truly another reason why the large retailers are not always the best place if you want individualized service.
