Pretty decent service, had a problem with my pc didn't know what, they figured it out and then emailed me about it, ordered a new part I needed then they replaced the old one and boom pc fixed, everyone is super nice and friendly, only compliant was the time it took for everything but I guess I just had really bad timing on when I took my pc in, a month has passed still dont have my pc back yet I know the owner had family business going on but I was hoping someone would at least keep the store open just so I could drop by and get my pc.

Even with that said as long as I get it back soon I'll bump this review up and 100% consider going back for any future problems with my pc. EDIT: got it back next day, again solid service super nice people would recommend

It is now going on 3 months since I initially gave this business my hard drives. Everytime I inquire about the hard drives I am giving a different excuse. They attempted to clone. It didn't work out and now I just want my drives returned! Horrible experience. Never again and don't recommend anyone to do business with this company. Update: Certainly not a fake review! However, I have been given back the hard drives and was advised that multiple attempts were made to complete the copy but failed. The business made it right Thank you.

Nick helped out my mother, several years ago. I was impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help people. I will be bringing more business here for pre-Christmas 2021.

Cleaned out my gaming PC and upgraded the Motherboard, CPU and RAM.upgraded my system to Windows 10.blazing fast! Rates are very reasonable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

If you've got computer troubles, get yourself (and your PC) down to Aquilis Computers on Babcock Blvd in the North Hills. My daughter's laptop PC was having a series of issues, to the point that it eventually shut down and could not be restarted. We called (Asus) customer service, but the (overseas) rep we spoke with could not help us get it up and running. Incredibly, the Asus rep actually directed us to Aquilis based on our ZIP. Anyway, the gentleman there took possession of the laptop and said he'd call us after working on it a bit.

Sure enough, in less than 90 minutes, he got the laptop back up and running again. To boot, he only charged us for the "Easy Fix" repair. Amazing! I'll definitely return here if I ever have PC troubles again - no doubt. EXCELLENT service.

I recommend all my family and friends to come here. We have Nick come over at least once a year just to check over all our computers and tablets. This is a great, family-owned business and we have used them for years! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

David & Nick are great! They recently helped me get my new Wireless Printer hooked up in my home. It was a new printer in a new apartment we moved to that we could not get hooked to the Wifi. It took Nick just a few minutes for something we struggled with. He cleaned it up while he was here too. We will continue to use these guys as they are awesome. You cannot go wrong with this family business.

These guys have really been amazing! I was working with a very tight schedule to get my laptop fixed before leaving town. They were comprehensive in what needed to be done and got it done quickly. They even gave me a loaner laptop to use to study while they worked on mine. They are very friendly and it was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend using their services!

Highly recommend! David and Adam were very helpful in getting my work computer back up and running. They even did the work the same day, turns out it was a simple fix and it only cost me $30 - and I thought I was going to be spending hundreds. These guys are awesome!

I got both my motherboard (because of ticking issues) and touch screen (lines on the screen) fixed on my laptop. The touch screen after being repaired worked fine and I've had no issues. However, after about 2 weeks the ticking issues that were supposed to be fixed with the instillation of the motherboard came back. I have contacted Aquilis via email 3 times to try to get my computer fixed (attachments of the problem included) with no response. Motherboard repairs are not cheap especially when the issue reappears after 2 weeks so yes I have a problem.

They were fast and friendly while they had my computer but after I got my laptop back with the same issues they decided to go ghost, at least send me my money back because obviously the laptop isn't fixed. I paid 300+ for my motherboard to be replaced so I have every right to be writing this review. I have been trying to contact them since March, I will take my laptop elsewhere to fix the issues that they couldn't

Aquilis is a family owned business. The owners and employees are very knowledgeable, very friendly and informative including Buddy the pet dog. They are busy as they are good and if it takes extra long to fix as mine did, they will give you a loaner laptop. I was very pleased with the end result.

Friendly and courteous staff, and reasonable prices. My computer needed a near full overhaul, but it was much cheaper to get it fixed here, then to go out and buy a new device. They kept me updated at what was wrong with my laptop and what they needed / were going to do to it. I'd recommend this place.

Called twice and left a message about a needed laptop repair. It was during normal business hours and after 4 days no call back.

I built a system myself, but it just couldn't boot up. The error code on the mobo showed it was the problem of the CPU. It would be terrible if the CPU was dead, because it was a used one bought from eBay and I had to argue with the seller. Luckily I found Nick who just took out everything, cleaned and put everything back carefully, then everything began to work! It seems like he has magic, but I know it's his experience.

Super Service! Excellent Knowledge about computers! Very nice folks!, Very convenient, just right on the main street in Glassport! We are blessed to have an A -1 business in our town, with believe me no fear of getting ripped off!

A Microsoft Windows automatic update corrupted our Surface Pro laptop to the point it would not boot. They had it fixed by the next morning with minimal loss of information. Very reasonable price and I imagine it would have been triple the cost at G**k Squad with a less satisfactory result. Reasonable price, quick turnaround, great results = 5 stars.

They fixed my laptop when another place couldn't. My laptop screen stopped working. The UBreak IFix place on McKnight admitted they didn't know what was wrong but an hour later told me my motherboard was dead and the only thing they could do was rescue my hard drive. I wanted a second opinion, so I took it to Aquilis on 2/22. They connected my laptop to an external monitor which showed my computer functioning just fine minus the broken screen.

They ordered a new screen, which didn't fix the issue so they kept trying - new screens, new wires, etc. Then they ordered a new motherboard which finally fixed the problem. They kept trying possible solutions and called me with updates where the other place gave up. They called 4/9 to tell me my laptop is ready for pick up. It took so long to fix because they had to order parts, which shipped from China as well as troubleshooting the actual problem.

I had a three year old Alienware X51 that would reboot anytime I ran a graphics intensive program, like a game or a video file. I dropped it off at the end of the day on a Thursday. They kept me updated throughout the process, cleaned out the inside of the computer, cleaned off the offending malware, and I had my computer back before the weekend. Very reasonably priced, highly professional, and VERY highly recommended! Five stars!
