Very professional service. Repaired my laptop at very reasonable rates compared to the original service centre estimate. The manufacturer's service centre had quoted very high rates and said many parts had to be replaced. Over here they showed me that it was a minor problem and rectified it without replacing any parts.

Very good customer service and genuine people. I have been living in this area for years but I had never visited this shop for my computer issues despite my friends recommending this shop. I had a 1 year old laptop. My laptop had display issue and fews keys in the keyboard was not working. Other computer repair stores and the technician who used to repair my PC for years said motherboard and keyboard had to be replaced which would cost me more than 8,000.

I showed it to this shop, they opened my laptop and showed me chip level repairing can be done to solve the display issue and also serviced the laptop. A lot of dust had accumlated inside because of which keyboard was not functioning. After cleaning the dust in the keyboard connector, the keyboard started working. My laptop is always used in a closed AC room but the amount of dust accumlated was huge.

They advised me to get the laptop serviced by them on any other trained professional atleast once a year. Based on my experience with other computer repair shops, original service centres and local technician who always used to repair my computer, I would definitely recommend these guys. They are very busy and had a lot of other laptops coming in while I went there on Saturday. They requested me to come on weekdays but since my work was stuck they agreed repair it.
