I have dealt with Keith & Company for years. They have always been professional and have always done a fabulous job with us. We like to think of them as our IT Department. We call and they do remote access and fix the small stuff, or they come here to fix the big stuff. Love them would recommend them to everyone.

After a not so great experience with KGC due to employee turnover, Keith, the owner stepped up and resolved the situation immediately in order to "regain our trust" and keep our business. All past dealings with KGC Computers have been great so we were surprised to have less than stellar service this time. Keith's response goes to show that admitting mistakes and taking care of customers will keep customers loyal and coming back in the future.
