Folks were uncommonly honest, straightforward, with simple, easily understood discussion of opportunities in getting to the point I wished to be. And surprisingly well priced.

Went to sell laptop and guy talked to us like we know nothing about computers trying to get it cheap, guess they should understand not everyone is computer ignorant. I repair computers for a living and he was making a simple fix way more than it is and drove price down. Didn't like the experience of my trip to them.

Truly a great place to go. Customer service is excellent. I go here for all my tech needs and they never disappoint. Max especially is truly a great worker. P.S The studder is cute;

The Dell Diagnostics software said that my hard drive was bad, and wouldn't even boot to Windows. I had a full back up of my data on an external hard drive but it was several months old and I had many more family pictures, songs and movies of my dogs before they had died. I was heartbroken. Nick was able to take the hard drive out of my Dell laptop and copy ALL of the data to an external hard drive, format my drive and reinstall a clean copy of Windows 7 and put all of my data back in place.

He charged me a very reasonable price too. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and more. He also fixed up my wife's Dell laptop too--again, very reasonable price and same good service. I'm buying my next computer from Nick. He doesn't know it, but I'm his happiest customer. Thank you Nick!

I had my iphone 6 repaired at their shop. They did a wonderful job, but after about 6 months, the screen started lifting up. It then came completely out of the back housing, come to realize no screws were put in the bottom to hold it on. I was very disappointed with this company, I don't recommend them.

Attempted to re-install Windows on C: drive and carelessly performed factory reset instead. formatted entire internal HDD D: drive as well, which had 73 GB of company data/ image/ media files. Ohio PC Solutions, Inc. completely restored all files, including partitions/ folders. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Great service on my first device I had fixed. Although, brought another device in, quoted me on the price wrong TWICE! And the screen was coming out after I brought it home. Was told they would fix it again for free but now again I have to take time out of my day and non conveniently bring my device back in to be repaired.

Took my Macbook to them, no clue what was wrong with it. The gentleman fixed it right there on the spot and didn't even charge me! He said the policy was if it can be fixed on the front counter, no charge. I will definitely bring any future computer problems to them.
