We originally ordered from them via Amazon. Nice and easy transaction. When we received our order it did not match the image. We called and they were on top of it. They sent out parts immediately, I mean overnight shipping and all, then added a part we needed and then billed us after it was all satisfactory. We found the service from Frontier Computer Corp excellent and saves us sourcing \ installation costs on the used hardware, physical space in our comms room and allows us to be extremely flexible. We are a small company with a modest IT budget which allows us access to used and refurbished enterprise equipment at entry level costs. Best of all it was right in our backyard, as we are also locate in Traverse City.
