I love this shop. Recently my desk top PC failed to boot up and after discovering that it was beyond cost effective repair, I went strait to Winona Computers. Though they didn't have a suitable replacement in stock, he offered to look for one and even called the next day when he located one. It's nice being treated like an actual customer for a change. I also appreciate the useful advice and reasonable prices. More people need to shop here. It really is a hidden gem of a store.

He uses used parts for your computers so thats why your computer will run only for a few weeks. He fixed my computer and it ran good only for a couple weeks after warranty expired then I am on the same boat. I took it to a professional person and gave me all the details and he did a permanent fixed on my computer. I bet most of the positive reviews here are fake!

I took my computer to Demetri with major start-up and running problems. He was very courteous and calming as he sat with me to give an initial diagnosis. He even called me later in the day with an update on repairs. When I picked up my computer the next day. He had made all repairs and replaced the hard drive. I lost NO data or pictures. My computer now runs fast, like it did when I bought it from Winona Computers several years ago. The cost was very reasonable for all that he did. He is a wizard with computers! Thank you Demetri. So happy with the years of service and professionalism we've experienced for both our personal and business computer needs by dealing with Demetrios and Winona Computers. Not only timely and helpful with suggestions, they are always quick and very reasonably priced. It is great having a positive, knowledgeable, local resource like this!

I was totally impressed with the service I received. I knew something was wrong when my mouse was all over the screen, opening and closing files and uncontrollable. I took the computer in figuring I would have to drop it off and they would call me when ready. No, Demetrios said to sit down and he would go through what was happening, determined my problem-some kind of malware- added additional free software to run occasionally to keep my computer clean.

He went through features that I was not using and disabled them to speed up my computer and explained how to turn them on again if necessary; warned about pop ups to watch out for, etc. In no time my computer was up and running and much faster than it had been in a long time. Where else are you going to get immediate service? Thanks Demetrios! I will return when I have problems and certainly recommend him for computer repairs. And finally, the price was most reasonable.

My touch screen quit working and basically locked up my whole computer. Demetri would not give up trying to resolve the problem. I thought I was SOL but in the end Demetri came through and got it working. Spent many hours on it and charged a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend Winona Computers.

I had an issue with my graphic driver and the owner not only fixed it quickly and perfectly, but even showed me how to fix the problem myself if it ever happened again. When, by my own idiocy, I caused myself the same issue a second time, I used his method and it worked like a charm! These professionals are kind, understanding, and truly care about their work. To top it all off, their prices can't be beat. Don't bother going anywhere else, these guys are the best!
