The 1 star reviews are 100% accurate. The 5 star reviews are complete non sense. This company needs held accountable for their product failures and the lack of customer service. It is shameful that the city of Prior Lake granted this company such a sizable piece of business. This business and its activities needs to be looked into.

This company is a joke. I was paying 76 dollars a month for slow speeds and most of the time the internet didn't even work. Which is very fun when you have 2 children. I found a company that provides me with much faster internet and it actually works for only 25 dollars a month. I went to cancel nuvera, and there is a termination fee. Ummm, for what?!
They weren't even working and I've had them for 3 years. The company said they couldn't wave it. Well take me to court cause I'm not paying it. I always paid the bill before it was due. It's nice this is how they treat their customers that have been with them for quite a few years.

Worst cable service ever. Once a month the internet service goes out. Tonight the TV service also went out and that's the third time this year. You can only call during business hours. There is no recording that there is no service in your area. You leave a voicemail and they don't call you for a couple of days. They also have a monopoly on the Prior Lake area, so you're stuck with lousy service. The only thing good about his company is when you do reach someone, they are always very friendly and nice

Always closed when I need them. I've been trying to contact them for four days now. People work, They need longer hours and more availability. Unfortunately only choice in my area. 7 month update; they still are bad service never have fast speed service always glitching and they'll charge you if you have any issue at all at 150$ ish an hour. and no 24/7 support just a person who takes your call and sends to a technician the next day

A friend of mine has this landline service in Elko New Market. On a Saturday she learned she cannot make an outgoing call although she can receive calls. Their technical support couldn't solve the problem and said she needs to wait until Monday. It is a rural area and she has no cell phone so is now stranded without the ability to call 911 for help if there is any problem. This seems ridiculous to me - they only provide repair service on weekdays - crazy!

Nuvera went above and beyond to get internet installed at our new home in a timely manner. Despite communication issues on my end, Leslie was so helpful and willing to work with me! She was able to get a contractor out to our house, Brent, who was extremely quick and efficient. I am recommending Nuvera to all our neighbors!

I live in Prior Lake and this company is the only choice for cable. The equipment is very outdated. We have xfinity in Florida, so seeing the 2 company's and what they offer for internet speed and equipment is night and day. 31 dollars just for a land line phone and not having caller ID/waiting/voicemail and charging long distance rates. Must be nice to be a company and be able to monopolize rates on residents in the city you're based out of. I would think that would earn a local resident discount. That's how we do it with our company.

We were Integra customers for many years before Nuvera took over. Integra was always very solid internet wise and had very few outages, and their customer service was always very good. Now with Nuvera, we've had more internet outages in the last year than we did in 10+ years with Integra. Some of these are "scheduled" but others are just unplanned outages that require reporting and waiting for a fix.
Customer service is not as good as it used to be either. So overall, the service is worse than before. The problem is, at my address, the only options are Nuvera or Mediacom, and Medicom also has many complaints about outages, so we are kind of stuck in this area without a reliable internet provider. : I've stayed with Nuvera since it has been thought to be the more reliable, but now I am starting to question that. Mediacom might be ok these days as long as you buy your own modem and don't rent theirs.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE IF ANY TV SHOWS OR NEWS ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU. We were put on Integra as a trial in our area. It has been Teri le. The only thing worse is the service. This is not the first time. we pay for service we are not provided. Friends come over to watch a show on the weekend, no TV. We called no return call for hours. we finally get a call back & the service person asked for us to check connections in the basement.
We lost phone signal I. the basement.no return number left, since they block the number. 2 hours later, no phone call back. He knew we could not call back. This is not the first time the exact thing happened. With our other system, we only lost contact temporarily during a snow storm. We have given this a couple years, it sucks. We live in a close community.
We will make sure everyone that comes to meetings know of our experience. Up till now we have been patient figuring they were just getting things adjusted. However, this much time and trouble, then disservice. I. allied the number back from their web site and was put on hold indefinitely. I then was told to call back between Mon & Friday. We pay for everyday. Good Luck.

We contacted Integra to set up TV service, but only wanted it for a few months which meant we were looking for no contract. Upon talking with the sales reps on the phone they gave us pricing for month to month service and we moved forward with that. When the tech finished installing the TV service he had us sign a form that he said was to confirm that the service had been set up and was working. Foolishly believing the tech we signed the form without reading it. Mixed in with everything the tech said was a section outlying that we were singing a 12 month agreement to have the service. Additionally the price estimate we were told over the phone, which they said included fees and taxes, was $20 less than what they are actually making us pay. I have never experienced such lying and deceit from a service company before, they make Mediacom look great.

I have wanted to be happy with the service with Integra Telecom for our internet service but have to say that after working with them for several weeks attempting to bring the speed up the most recent call with them has led to nothing and we were essentially told to deal with it. There are times that the computers won't log on at all- email won't go out, websites won't come up. What am I paying for? If there were another company I would use them.
