My brother works there and he built me a computer and it is unbelievably quick compared to what I had before it was definitely an upgrade and he took very good care of me definitely A+ plus.

My computer was running really slow and I was about to throw it away and get another one. Cascade diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently and it is running like new. The tech left a detailed voicemail on what they did to the computer and i am very happy with the results.

Will from Cascade worked on my machine while it was down. He is very knowledgeable and kept in contact with me throughout the repair process. I received my PC back in a reasonable time frame and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be going to Cascade computers for all of my future tech needs!

I suffered a major hard drive failure, I took my workstation to Cascade Computers and asked them to recover what they could from the old hard drive. Two days later I am back in business with about 90% or so of my files recovered. All and all I give them 5 stars. I don't remember the exact cost, but do remember thinking it was nothing compared to the value of what I had almost lost. I have a external backup hard-drive now. I learned my lesson.

Planning to telecommute from northern MN, I'd cleverly forgotten to pack the power cable to my computer. When I showed up, the receptionist gave me an old one, and when I asked how much (expecting maybe $10-15), she said, "Oh, a couple dollars is fine." I tried to pay $5, but she insisted on giving me change. That's what Minnesota nice is all about, people!
